About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and have taken care of everything from great pyrenees to Shih Tzu’s and even sugar gliders. I love volunteering at the Birmingham Humane Society and I know how to take care of puppies and seniors, how to give medication, and how to do basic emergency care like the Heimlich. I am a college student and have a couple labs/classes but I am typically free all weekends and Tuesdays. I can also stay when I am not in class. Other than that I am free to take care of all animals and make sure they are not lonely while you are away! In my home I have two cats. I rescued one as a kitten and have another older cat that came to me with asthma. Because of this I know how to administer medicine. I also grew up with dogs in my house as their primary caregiver and frequently visited my grandmothers farm. I have experience pet sitting and love every animal.
About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes.
