Coming home was a delight; our house was spotless, our dogs were happy, fed, and well-exercised, and Taryn had even thoughtfully started a load of household linens in the wash. We have no doubt our animals adored her and received the very best care. We will absolutely be asking Taryn to return!”

About: I've got multiple years of experience handling a highly anxious dog that can be dog selective during high stress situations. I was the one primarily training my family's two dogs, as well as the one taking them out on as many walks as I was able. I have multiple years worth of experience with senior dogs that had arthritis and who needed to have their food prepped especially for easier eating. I'm currently a student at the University of Georgia and currently looking into part time summer positions, however my schedule is very flexible with daily check-ins and overnight stays during both the week and weekend are very doable. During check-ins, outside of ensuring food and water are available, I would make sure to spend time playing and hanging out with any dog and if I have time to take them on a walk I will. For overnights, I would do the same thing with the only difference being the amount of time I'd be able to spend with the dog.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs growing up. I have always enjoyed playing with them and going out on walks. In addition I have experience bathing, grooming, and feeding them. Moreover I have volunteer experience cleaning up after and feeding animals at Sweet Olive Farm. I am working part time, however I should be free most weekend days for check ins or dog walking. I will also be available on weekends for dog sitting. Having pets growing up I would always ensure they had enough water and would feed them on their regular schedule. But most importantly I believe all pets need enrichment time. For house sitting I will uphold this standard. For walks I will make sure they get to sniff to their hearts content.

About: I have been house and dog/pet sitting for the past 5 years and adore working with animals! I am happy to help with pets who are more active and pets who just need someone to give them attention and be a comforting presence. I work with pets of all sizes and have lots of experience with senior pets who need more medical attention- This experience includes giving shots, pills, and applying topical medication! I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care and play with your fur babies! I have a flexible schedule when it comes to fitting in walks and check-ins, I am usually working on weekend mornings and afternoons, but usually only for 4-6 hours at a time! I am currently unable to take care of your pets in my home due to a dog of my own who gets stressed around new animals! I can care for your pets in whatever ways they need, whether it be giving them oodles of attention, talking or singing to them, or simply just be in the room with them as a safe presence to ease yours and their minds!

“Carolyn was very (beyond very good) with my dog Leo. Leo can be a handful at times due his high levels of energy and playfulness but Carolyn seemed to keep him busy. She took him to work, and even cut his nails (which I typically have to give him anti-anxiety drugs for) before the groomer can even touch him. Carolyn was great with checking in while I was out of the country by sending me pictures of Leo assuring me that they were safe and sound. I would highly recommend Carolyn, and look forward to having her dog sit in the near future!”

About: I have been around animals my whole life and I love them! I have a 4 year old kitty named Bunny and she is everything to me. My best friend has a mini Australian shepherd that is very friendly and I love being around him. I also have watched my brother and sister in law’s dogs for 2 years now. They ranged from having 4-8 dogs at different points and I would love to go stay with them, feed them, and get to play with their fluffy selves! I am working limited hours at this time, so I am available weekdays 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.- 9 p.m., and also weekends any time! I will monitor the animals needs and be there in any way I am needed. I will take them outside as much as directed, feed them, make sure they have water, and love on them!

About: I’ve loved animals and pets my entire life. I’ve taken care of all sorts from large dogs to small, cats, fish, and livestock. I grew up on a farm and have been taking care of animals as long as I can remember. I’m an avid fly fisher and student at UGA and my partner is a full time dog groomer. About: I have loved dogs, my entire life, both big and small. I do specialize in large breeds, but I love the little babies too. When it comes to my pets, I put their needs and desires before my own. I just can’t help it. They are my children. Animals are everything to me. In 2018 a person took my beautiful, precious angel pitbull away from me simply out of fear and misunderstandings of the breed. I will never forget the day he was harmed. I am now a pitbull advocate and I’ll advocate for any other animal, period. At my full time job, I have countless opportunities to love on dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages. They know exactly who to come to for delicious treats! Getting the big time bonus by being around all the dogs while I work, helps my day at work go great!!!! I work full time but will care for your special family member any time any day. I will come nights, weekends, mornings and holidays. You name it, I will be there ahead of time and stay as long as I am needed. Animals are everything to me as they make my heart fulfilled. I am very trustworthy and respectful of people and animals. I put the safety and well being of any animal at the top of my priorities list! I enjoy providing toys and any special treats at the owners discression. I love cuddles, kisses and my heart melts when I see a waggy tail.
