“Jesse did a great job watching Cali. She played with her, took her for walks and sent me pictures and updates. And the house was perfect when I got back. I’ll definitely hire her again!”

“Hannah was so great with our dogs and they love having her stay with them. She’s been helping to train them occasionally and it has been helping immensely. She sends daily updates before I even have a chance to ask. Will always try to book her first when I can. Thanks for everything!”

“My pups took to Aiden really quickly. I appreciated being able to leave them with someone they trusted as much as I did. I had peace of mind knowing they were in good hands.”

“Julia was amazing with our medium/large size dog, Anna. She took care of Anna in our home for almost a week and we couldn’t have been happier. She checked-in with us daily and sent us ample photos. We treated our home well, and left it in the same condition as pre her arrival. We highly recommend Julia!”

“It was our first time to use BOTH Rover and Carrie and we left our dog and three cats with her for a little over two weeks! It was an act equally of trust and sheer need. But, Carrie came through for us with flying colors! She came not once but two times before we left in order to get the dog more familiar with her. Our dog was a rescue dog and she really isn’t independent. Carrie also came an hour before we left to help transition the dog into her care. We came home to a very happy, healthy dog and three happy kitties. And, extra bonus, Carrie had cleaned up after herself and the animals, leaving the house just as clean, if not cleaner than when she found it! Carrie checked in with us daily, always responded when we texted, and sent us lots of photos. Thanks so much, Carrie!”

“Elyssa was so great! Axel was taken care of and so was my apartment. She sent me daily pictures and updates on what they were doing. Would definitely recommend Elyssa and will be reaching out in the future!”

“Carissa was a life saver watching our three dogs! We’ve had some bad luck with sitters in the past and there was no need to worry. She did a great job. Communicated and sent pictures a couple times a day. Dogs seemed to love her as well! Left the house spotless. Will definitely use anytime I need a sitter.”

“We used Thomas for house sitting our five pets which include a senior dog with a host of health issues and an anxious, reactive bigger pup. He took great care of everyone and was very respectful of our home. His communication was fantastic and friendly with lots of pics of our happy critters. I'm always nervous leaving our pets but I would feel very comfortable and confident having him take care of our home and critters again. Definitely hope to use him in the future!”

“We love Lindsey… she was sweet, kind and respectful. She was very good with our boy Charlie and never having a stranger in my home, I felt safe with her in our home overnight as we needed her for my daughter's graduation. I will continue to use her!”

“Grace was wonderful with our cats, good communication and left our house in wonderful and considerate condition. We were able to travel with peace of mind knowing she was looking after our fur babies and home. Will definitely book again.”

About: I have lived with pets my whole life, including cats, dogs, turtles, fish, rabbits, etc. I have owned labs, terriers, among other dogs and have had them since I was an infant into adulthood. I do not currently own a dog, but my friends and roommates of two years have a mini aussie and we are best friends. I have also cared for a variety of dogs in an official capacity and for my friends who all call me Aunt Amber for their pups. I love walks, playing, and snuggling pups. I also have experience administering meds and have cared for dogs in all stages of life. I run my own business and work part-time outside of that on a contract basis so I have a lot of flexibility. I live north of Nashville in Greenbrier but I am also down in Nashville almost daily for other tasks, so I travel a wide range. I take a lot of care in clients' homes. I make sure to read and understand all household and pet rules and requests, make sure the pets are fed, have water, and are comfortable. I can walk, play with, feed, take them to the bathroom, etc, and happy to clean up after the pet. I respect my clients' homes and hold the privacy and security of the home as of utmost importance.

About: Hi there, sweet friend — this is Tyler! 🐾 I grew up in a home that loved and embraced nature. My mom (a true tree-hugger) was an animal rehabber, and my stepdad — well, we called him Beastmaster. I grew up with Monty Python (our 8ft snake!), a rescue owl, spiders, aquariums and terrariums full of critters, cats, dogs — and a lifetime of compassion for animals. I have an affinity for cats, and dogs tend to love me right away. I’ve trained pups, helped birth kittens, and cared for senior animals with patience and love. Now as a holistic chef and proud mom of three amazing young adults, I believe my purpose is to be of service — and it would bring me so much joy to care for you while your human is away. I can’t wait to cuddle you, keep your routine cozy, and give your space lots of peace. And of course — I look forward to meeting your wonderful human, too! 🐾💛 See you soon! Love, Tyler I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule — meaning your pets and home will be my full focus. I’m available for overnight house sitting, extended stays, or drop-in visits throughout the week and on weekends. I create a calm, present environment for pets, especially those who may need extra patience, routine, or TLC. In your home, I treat your space with care and deep respect. I follow pet routines exactly as written and maintain a calm presence to reduce stress, especially for senior pets or shy animals. I create peaceful, grounded environments—pets tend to relax quickly around me. I’m detail-oriented, non-smoker, fragrance-free, and practice mindful, holistic care for both home and animals.

“Effua was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind. She cared for our dog multiple days while we were gone on a trip. She's also a gifted photographer with a creative eye!”

“Destiny is a wonderful human. The dogs took to her right away and I knew they were in great hands while I was traveling.”

About: I've been around dogs literally all my life! From arriving home from the hospital until March 2015 I've always had at least one dog in the home. After my dog's passing I had to fill the void left by his absence so I decided to care for other dogs. I'm very energetic and active and would love the opportunity to provide love and care to your pet during your absence. I am at home full time & so you can rest assured that your beloved dog is receiving great attentive care for their entire stay. Please advise me if your dog does not get along with other dogs so that I can try to make an accommodation if possible. I do book on and off of Rover.com so I may already have a stay scheduled off app. I am located just northwest of Nashville, 7 minutes from downtown! I work from home full time so I am flexible in providing daily exercise, frequent potty breaks, and outdoor time where they will be closely monitored. I prefer to keep your pets routine as consistent as possible to their current schedule so I will ask about their feeding times and preferred activities. ● DAYCARE - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Early and/or late drop off/pick up times are subject to additional fees. ● BOARDING - Drop off as early as 7:00AM (or a pre-arranged earlier time as I try to accommodate individual needs as early as 5:00 am and such) with pick up within 2 hours of the drop off time on the day of departure. Pick up times outside of the 2 hour drop off will most likely result in a half day or rate or full day rate as Rover.com automatically calculates the rates. ***Arrangements can be made for different boarding needs such as later arrival for which a later pick up time on the departure day would be appropriate. I'm super flexible and can most likely accommodate last minute changes and unforseen circumstances. I want to minimize any worries for you and your fur babies. ❤️🐕 Rest assured that your dogs safety and security is a priority. Also, crate trained or the ability for your pet to be crated is preferred (exceptions can be made) to ensure your pets safety while unattended & to reduce the likelihood of any harmful events occurring. I am home full-time but there may be instances where I may need to run a quick errand, shower, etc. that may require for me to be away for a short time. When I'm at home your pup will have access to roam freely throughout the space.

About: Hello! My name is Bridget. I have a passion for all animals and would love to help make sure your dog is taken care of to your standards. Experienced volunteer dog walker at the Nashville Humane Society. Please let me know if you have any special requests. I am flexible and understand that every dog is unique. A happy dog and happy owner is my ultimate goal! I work full time in healthcare which makes my day time availability limited. I am available early mornings and after four. I can provide mid day breaks occasionally if requested. I can assist with household tasks. Hiking and walks at the local greenway can be arranged. I have a fenced in patio and a dog park in my community!

About: Hi! One thing that I feel stands me out is the fact that I grew up with animals my entire life. I say this because when you have 5+ animals in the house at all times, you learn at an early age what is safe for your pets and what isn't. Along with the very important behavioral knowledge that comes with each baby's unique personality that can end a situation in a disaster depending on how you handle it. I have been working with animals for my whole life, but if you want details on professional settings, I actively volunteer at Nashville's Humane Society and a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in Joelton. I have been volunteering for roughly six years. I also worked for a while in a veterinarian's office and learned medicinal skills for pets in an emergency situtation. And also the best way to cut your baby's nails. I am available Monday through Friday, but I am in school so I have a bit of a scattered availability. Monday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Tuesday- Unfortunately I have class all day so this day would not be ideal. Wednesday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Thursday- I have class until 5 pm, so I am available anytime after that. Friday- I have class at noon, so I am available anytime after 1pm. Saturday- This day depends, so just speak with me and I will let you know my availability for this day specifically. Sunday- This day depends, so just speak with me and I will let you know my availability for this day specifically. When I enter a client's home, my first response is to locate the dog's favorite spots, whether that be the couch, or their dog bed. I feel this to be important because for a lot of dogs, invading on their personal space initiates a territorial response that could upset the dog. I am vigilant and pay close attention to ensure no destruction or rebellion is occurring while the owner is away. In regards to walks, a long walk is always the best walk. We have to get that energy out!

Sometimes I get jealous when he acts like he doesn't want to leave her house and he rarely takes so well to others. I can truly relax on vacation or at my work conferences knowing that he is being taken care of as good as when he is ay home with me. Thanks for you love of my Mushu.”
