About: I have been volunteering with and advocating for animal welfare since I was a teenager. I have my own pets and I actively volunteer at an animal sanctuary in NE Tennessee. Your pets will be loved, safe, and cared for. I have a leadership position at my job and my days are flexible. I am generally able to leave work to walk and return. I live in Nashville. I have two dogs if your pet needs company. I can also leave them at home if need be as I have a very trusted roommate who I will split rover funds with. One of my dogs is elderly and VERY well behaved and the other is about seven, loves to play, and is also very well behaved. I am familiar with crating, training, and need for routine. I can administer most types of medicine. I even had to give my pig injections when he was sick!

About: I've had dogs and cats since I was a child and took full time care of them. For the last three years I've worked in the animal care field. My most recent experience and main asset was a role at an animal hospital as a receptionist and co-manager of their boarding facility. This required addressing any and all pet needs including administering medication, bathing, providing meals at designated times and most fulfilling to me, lots of play time. Caring for your babies brings me much pride and joy! I'm currently in between jobs and am looking for something fulfilling to take up some of my free time as well as get some exercise, fresh air and added animal companionship. Once working full time I will still be available in evenings and weekends. I live in an apartment so that makes the care I would want to provide to my dog not up to par. So I have three cats that are the best in the world and spoiled on an hourly basis, They are well fed, well groomed, have regular vet visits, get plenty of treats and playtime and think they are in charge. About: I've been around dogs literally all my life! From arriving home from the hospital until March 2015 I've always had at least one dog in the home. After my dog's passing I had to fill the void left by his absence so I decided to care for other dogs. I'm very energetic and active and would love the opportunity to provide love and care to your pet during your absence. I work from home full time so you can rest assured that your beloved dog is receiving great attentive care for their entire stay. Please advise me if your dog does not get along with other dogs so that I can try to make an accommodation if possible. This may result in additional fees as this limits the number of pups I can care for at a given time. I do book on and off of Rover.com so I may already have a stay scheduled off app. I am located just northwest of Nashville, 7 minutes from downtown! I work from home full time so I am flexible in providing daily exercise, frequent potty breaks, and outdoor time where they will be closely monitored. I do have a large back yard that is fully fenced in. I prefer to keep your pets routine as consistent as possible to their current schedule so I will ask about their feeding times and preferred activities. ● DAYCARE - 7:00AM - 7:00PM Early and/or late drop off/pick up times are subject to additional fees. ● BOARDING - Drop off as early as 7:00AM (or a pre-arranged earlier time as I try to accommodate individual needs as early as 5:00 am and such) with pick up within 2 hours of the drop off time on the day of departure. Pick up times outside of the 2 hour drop off will most likely result in a half day or rate or full day rate as Rover.com automatically calculates the rates. ***Arrangements can be made for different boarding needs such as later arrival for which a later pick up time on the departure day would be appropriate. I'm super flexible and can most likely accommodate last minute changes and unforseen circumstances. I want to minimize any worries for you and your fur babies. ❤️🐕 Rest assured that your dogs safety and security is a priority. Also, crate trained or the ability for your pet to be crated is preferred (exceptions can be made) to ensure your pets safety while unattended & to reduce the likelihood of any harmful events occurring. I am home full-time but there may be instances where I may need to run a quick errand, shower, etc. that may require for me to be away for a short time. When I'm at home your pup will have access to roam freely throughout the space.

About: i’ve taken care of animals for about 8 years now. i have also had at least 1 dog and cat for my entire life. i have 3 dogs and a cat myself (including a 16 year old beagle)!! i love animals soso much and think they deserve the absolute best from everyone. i often drive around handing out pet supplies to homeless with animals as well. im currently part time in school and work! i usually have class 8am-1pm but have an awkward break until work at 4pm-11pm. on my off days i am completely available and always looking for stuff to do! i have a fenced in yard for my 3 dogs and keep my cat inside. i often take one of the dogs to run errands with me and explore for some enrichment and fun! i don’t take my elderly dog (16) out too much due to his lipomas (fat tumors- typical for beagles) interfering with his hip/leg movement during long walks. he does get plenty of attention and fun at home though!
