My current familiar is a gorgeous grey Nebelung cat, adopted as a kitten 5 years ago. She requires a special ZD diet and biweekly subcutaneous shots. I have experience attaching kitty nail caps, when she was younger, with coordinated guidance while we were sussing out an unknown skin condition that was causing her to scratch aggressively, continually opening wounds, not giving them a chance to heal. Her condition is now under control, and she no longer requires the nail caps. Prior cats I have cared for have ranged from 3 lbs to 28 lbs! Our family pooch is an English Springer Spaniel, a unique tri-color showcasing beautiful Sable color. We welcomed him to our home 6 years ago. He is our 2nd Springer in 21 years. They are such a loving, fun, and gentle breed. I have much experience in connecting with and walking rescue dogs as well, mixed breeds including Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottie, Jack Russel, Corgie, Labradoodles, Spaniels, etc. Sanitation is the start of keeping our friends safe and healthy; exercise and fresh air are necessary as well to have a happy, healthy home life. I can provide these things for your loved furry friend(s) while you are traveling or working.

We hope to use them periodically for dog care care and then also for a trip sometime this winter when we can't easily take Raina. She had a long walk and ate her dinner there and came home happy. About: My entire childhood there was always a dog or two in the house. I grew up with 5 different English setters that I helped take care of as starting as young as 10 years old. Being the high energy dogs that they are, I became well acquainted with daily walks and lots of attention and care. Today I’m the proud father of a 3 year old golden doodle named Winston. Despite being a couch potato he also loves the beach, camping, and could play fetch until his legs gave out. I’ve been working for home for 5 years now as a project manager, which has allowed me to proved constant care and attention to Winston and my parent 3 English setters whenever they have been out of town. Living just outside of downtown Negaunee, my neighborhood is dog friendly and the perfect place for a walk. I also offer a medium sized fenced in backyard, which is perfect for fetch and play time. I work from home M-F, so I’m always home and available to provide care. I also have a 3 year old golden doodle that I’m caring for fully time each day. I have a medium sized fenced in back yard with a covered porch. It is the perfect size for short distance fetch and playtime. Plus the porch offers some shade from the sun if they enjoy sitting outside and people watching.

Ninja looks very relaxed and comfortable at Jered's home and comes back happy. Jered patiently talked to me about some questions I had for a future boarding reservation and was kind enough to take his time addressing all my concerns. Mike and Dallas were wonderful. We booked a dog care day with them with fairly short notice so we could take a kayak tour of Pictured Rocks. Ruger is a shelter dog and we can’t kennel him. At home, we have sitters come and stay at our house so this was the first time we have ever left him with unfamiliar people in an unfamiliar environment. He generally likes women but can be distrustful of men. We were apprehensive about how it would go. Ruger was immediately comfortable in their home and warmed up to Dallas right away when we dropped him off. Turned out he liked Mike too! They were responsive and sent pictures throughout the day and the big guy had a good experience. Very grateful to have found this couple to take care of Ruger for the day and would definitely recommend them to others.
