“Janessa was absolutely incredible. Our dog has never been happier upon his return from a boarding experience; it was an awesome vacation for him as well! She has an extremely well-maintained and safe environment for dogs to run around and play all day. Our dog got to socialize with so many others, I really think this place is a doggy haven. Furthermore, Janessa is extremely kind and professional. She left us with daily video and photo updates of our dog enjoying himself. Our dog unfortunately also became ill very soon before the stay. We had to reconsider our plans at first and Janessa was very respectful. We ended up continuing with the plan but our dog required extra care and attention that we didn't initially expect. Despite this, Janessa handled everything with ease and content, including taking our dog to the vet when another unexpected medical issue occurred during the trip. She truly made us feel like our pet was in extraordinary care, which put us at ease and let us enjoy our time away on a highly anticipated trip while knowing our dog was happy and well looked after. I don't see myself using any of the local Kennels or boarders again after this experience, which was so much better than any others. She has them beat in service, professionalism, level of care, and pet experience.”

“Bryan and Peggy are the best! Pippa immediately recognized Bryan and Peggy when we took her back 3 weeks after the first one night stay. They sent us photos throughout Jax’s entire stay and he looked happy/comfortable in each and every photo. They were super amazing about reaching out to us periodically with updates/photos. When we had some travel issues/canceled flights, they were super flexible and accommodating. They were super understanding and we felt like Jax was safe and welcome for an additional night. We were super nervous about leaving Scooby for so long. However after the initial meeting of Carol and her family, we felt confident he would be in good hands. Wally watched our 1yr old Husky and I can't say enough great things! I told him it was our first time boarding and our anxiety about it. He went above and beyond to put us at ease. We had pictures and details consistently each day. He asked questions to keep her on schedule. His sweet pup, Maple, was the perfect playmate for our dog as well. They went on hikes, swimming, walks, and a ton of backyard playtime. She was even freshly cleaned when we picked her up. He really did more than I ever expected. Our dog slept for an entire day after, which I didn't know was possible. I highly recommend Wally to watch your doggo!
