Then, just two weeks before our stay, our older dog suffered an FCE that left her right hind leg paralyzed, requiring medication, therapy, and special attention. Rather than turning us away, Janessa enlisted help from other family members so she could still welcome both dogs. It meant so much to have someone willing to adapt to such unexpected circumstances with compassion and care.
