Before we arrived, Missy was extremely understanding and flexible with me while setting up the booking for my dog Freya on relatively short notice. Upon drop-off, I could tell that Freya was in the right place. Throughout the stay, Missy sent me wonderful photos and updates, ensuring that I was in the loop for everything that was happening. Even as Freya was having trouble at night, Missy showed great compassion for her, calming her down and helping her through her anxiety. August had a great stay with Helen and Min. They did a wonderful job in communicating with us during our trip and we felt so comfortable with her stay. I would highly recommend then. She was able to accommodate us on short notice.
Ryan did a wonderful job with our girl. She was happy to hang out in the backyard. Go for walks and get one on one attention. He followed our suggestions we gave him in caring for her. He provided daily pictures and updates. We don’t use Rover regularly, but we will definitely seek him out in the future if needed.
