About: Hi! I'm Misty- Lifelong dog lover and proud dog mom of 4! I know our pets aren't "just pets", they're family. I also understand how much trust it takes to hand someone else the leash or give them access to your home and ask them to care for someone you love. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel completely comfortable. I'm responsible, reliable and detail oriented. I have years of experience caring for my own dogs through all stages of life. Puppy to senior and everything in between. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes, goofy dogs and even stubborn dogs (I have 2 English Bulldogs and a French Bulldog, enough said!). For walks, I'll make sure your pup gets exercise, attention and plenty of sniffing time. For drop in visits, I'm happy to handle potty breaks, meals, fresh water, playtime, cuddles and whatever routine helps your pet feel safe and happy while you're away. I have a consistent Monday-Friday work schedule from 7:30-4pm, which leaves me available for early morning visits and walks before work, as well as evenings after 4pm. I am also available all day Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, feeding, play time and extra attention while pet parents are away. Because my schedule is predictable, I'm able to plan ahead and make sure every pet gets the time, attention and reliable care they deserve. I provide care in my clients homes, where pets can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment and routine. I carefully follow each pet parent's instructions for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication administration, and of course plenty of love and attention! Safety is always a priority. I make sure doors, gates, leashes and harnesses are secure. I am respectful of both your pet's boundaries and your home. I understand that every pet has their own personality, so whether they're ready to be best friends immediately or need a little time and space to warm up, I'm happy to follow their lead.
