While dogs are my specialty, my love for animals extends far beyond just our canine and feline companions. I would absolutely love the opportunity to care for your fur babies and give them the same love, patience, and attention that I give to my own pets. This is my full-time job, and I am very flexible with time and have lots of availability, which allows me to fully dedicate my attention and care to each pet I look after. I currently have a French Bulldog and a crested gecko, but I also have experience caring for a variety of reptiles, amphibians, and small mammals. I understand that every animal has their own unique personality, routine, and needs, and I take the time to make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

I am attentive to details such as safe handling, proper feeding, hygiene, and monitoring behaviour for any changes, and I always prioritise preventing risks before they arise. I also make sure I am prepared for emergencies and keep a calm, responsible approach so your pets are always in safe hands. Dog walks are tailored to each individual dog’s needs, energy levels, and personality. Whether your dog enjoys a gentle sniff-and-stroll or a more active adventure, I make sure every walk is both enjoyable and enriching. I focus on safe walking routes, positive lead manners, and plenty of time for sniffing and mental stimulation, while always keeping your dog secure and under close supervision. I also take weather conditions into account to ensure walks are comfortable and safe at all times.

Hi! My name is Alexus, and I am a professional dog trainer with over two years of experience. I absolutely love what I do and have had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember. Helping pets and their owners build stronger, happier relationships is what inspired me to start my own small business. I currently offer pet sitting, dog training (everything from basic obedience to behavioral modification and reactivity), dog walking, and pack walks. I will also be expanding my services soon to include boarding for training, boarding for pet sitting, dog daycare, and organic pet treats. Caring for animals is more than just a job to me it’s something I truly enjoy. Whether I’m stopping by for a visit, taking your dog on an adventure, or caring for your pets while you’re away, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, loved, and receiving the attention they deserve, and I strive to give every pet the patience, compassion, and individualized care they need. Alexus was very sweet and attentive to my cat. Usually my cat Marble is very shy and isolates herself from other animals and people but she opened up immediately to Alexus. I was worried about her during my entire trip but I knew I left her in good hands
Alexus took great care of my two cats while I was away. She was also so sweet to leave a churu treat for them which they both loved so much. Definitely recommended!
Alexus is the best! 😊 She’s so sweet and kind. My dogs are very hyper and instense, they aren’t used to being around new people so they can be a bit much. She was very good with them. I am so happy I found someone that can handle them and help us when needed. ✨🫶🤗
