Our 2 month old kitten was shy and anxious hiding under the couch before we left on vacation but after a few visits with Maria she is now playful, happy, no signs of stress. She is truly a cat whisperer! She took the time to monitor how the kitten was feeding and gave us recommendations of feeding schedule. She took great care of our 2 year old cat as well and made sure she was well fed and happy. Maria really went above and beyond for us and made the whole experience easy and stress free. About: I genuinely love what I do, and it shows in how I care for every pet I look after. I take the time to get to know each animal's personality — if your dog is high-energy and ready to play the moment I walk in, I'm all for it, and if your cat needs a little space to warm up, I'm happy to let them set the pace. Patience is a big part of how I work; I never rush an animal into feeling comfortable, because building trust is what makes the experience good for both of us. I also believe communication matters just as much as the care itself, so you can expect regular updates and photos while you're away, so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and having a great time. At the end of the day, I treat every pet like they're my own. I'm currently on break from school and working on projects online for the summer, so my schedule is super flexible! I don't have a set daily routine that pet care has to squeeze into — instead, I can build my day around your pet's needs. Whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or being around all day for a nervous pup who needs company, I'm able to make it work. Since I'm home and online most of the time anyway, I'm available pretty much whenever you need me. When I'm caring for pets in your home, I like to keep things as close to their normal routine as possible — same feeding times, same walk schedule, same little habits they're used to, so they feel secure even with their owner away. I always do a walkthrough with you beforehand so I know where everything is (food, leashes, meds, favorite toys) and any specific instructions for your pet. While I'm there, I split my time between giving them attention/playtime and just letting them relax on their own terms, especially if they're more independent. I also treat your home with the same respect I'd want for mine: keeping things tidy, being mindful of noise, and making sure everything is exactly as you left it when you get back.

About: I’ve been around pets since I was a little girl. I have two dogs of my own. My oldest, Whiskey, is four years old and my youngest, Milo, is about a year and a half. Whiskey is very much a couch potato and is highly attached to me. Milo is the complete opposite. He has so much energy and doesn’t understand the meaning of relaxation. With Milo, there’s never a dull moment so trust me when I say I have seen it all. I currently work part-time and go to school so pet care works with my availability as my schedule is always changing. I also love animals of all types and so getting to play with puppies and kittens is a dream come true. I don’t currently offer any overnight sittings but I’m hoping once I build a good reputation on this app that I can offer that soon. I have two dogs that are complete opposites of each other so I have learned what works best for both of my animals. My youngest dog needs a lot of walks, attention, and enrichment. I keep plenty of enrichment toys around my house to ensure that he is getting the proper care that he needs. My older dog is a couch potato and it does not take much to keep him happy, as long as he has food, water, and a comfortable space to lay down he’s good to go.

About: I have grown up with dogs, cats and even reptiles my whole life. I have volunteered with Delta Humane Society, Manteca Kitten Rescue and also serviced a cat adoption room inside Petco for months. I am dedicated to making sure your furry friend gets the best care! I currently work from home and also warehouse twilight shift. Morning/ early afternoon should work best for me, but I can be flexible when needed. I prefer to come to your home and take care of your pet in the environment it knows best and feels the most comfortable in.

About: My name is Jaden and I am 23! I’ve never had a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet, specifically a dog, until now. My heart is still broken from the passing of my dog and I think now would be a great time for me to get on rover as a sitter! I’m great with all animals and will make sure they’re fed, walked, played with, bathed if needed, and have a cozy place to sleep. I have had senior dogs, dogs that require a med schedule and regimen, puppies who have full energy and dogs with other health issues. I promise your animals will be in great hands and a lovely home with a spacious yard (boarding). I can accommodate any special requests, do sleepovers, drop ins or anything else you may need. I am currently in nursing school. I will have clinicals once a semester starting next year, but until then I have more than enough time to pet sit! I am not working outside of Rover and school. I will care for your pets however you request! Every dog I have had has mainly been an indoor dog. We do have a dog door to go outside freely for the bathroom and sunbathing. We also have a pool but it is gated for the safety of my previous pets and your pets! I live in a great neighborhood near a lot of parks for walks as well. I will follow whatever rules you have set for training purposes, diet purposes, and preferences. I always treat animals with love and will give them lots and lots of attention while they’re in my care.

I am most experienced in cat and dog care (all ages), but can care for smaller animals as well! I am always ready and willing to learn your pet’s exact needs and wants in order to fulfill them. About: I have formal training as a veterinary assistant (6 years) and am currently in school to become a Veterinarian so I do have a lot of hands-on with animals and how to take care of them, administer medication’s, and injections. Currently I am available full time until school starts back up in February. Throughout the week, I am able to drop in on your pet and check in. . I will be updating my schedule every week so that you guys know . I am able to provide frequent potty breaks when I take care of your pets on the weekends that does not go to say that on other days, they won’t get taken out to use the restroom haha. All the pets I’ve had in the past were given the best care from making sure all their needs were met and ensuring they weren’t put in harms way . When I walk my pets I am vigilant of other people and their dogs incase of an incident were to occur . If it is a hot day I ensure to walk them in a cool environment if feasible and always bring water incase the heat is too much . I do pay close attention to detail when it comes to my pets and your pets. I am able to trim nails and to bathe if needed. Of course, making sure water and food is available at all times and cleaning up in the case of an accident.
