About: Hi there! I’m a passionate animal lover who is excited to offer professional and loving pet-sitting services. I have a natural connection with animals and enjoy providing them with the care and attention they deserve while their owners are away. I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. From volunteering at the Huron Valley Humane Society to being offered a job at a highly rated dog boarding place, people’s trust in me to care for animals has never wavered. Most recently, I cared for and trained my now 11 month old lab from 8 weeks of age. She truly is such a gentle soul and I promise to care for your fur babies like they are my own. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and different needs. I’ve had multiple dogs in the puppies stage, given daily oral medications to dogs for seizures and anxiety, and handled varying temperaments. I also make sure to tailor my care to meet each dog’s specific needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I’ll follow any routines you’ve established, whether it’s feeding times, bathroom breaks, or specific instructions for their care. I would love the opportunity to meet your pet, learn more about their personality, and provide the best care possible while you’re away. I promise to treat your pet with the same love and respect I would give my own! I’m currently a part time college student who has weekday availability to meet your needs. My current schedule provides a lot of flexibility and therefore can give me more time to care for your pets. For drop-in visits, if 3 visits a day are needed, the rate will be 1.5x the base rate. This is due to more driving time, gas, and less flexibility with my own schedule throughout the day. Thank you for understanding I am no stranger to caring for animals with ongoing medical needs and currently have one dog who has an extensive treatment plan of her own. I’m here to fit your pets needs and want to provide the same level of care they receive on a daily basis. They truly are part of the family!

“Renae was amazing! She checked in on our cat Lilo over a long weekend and went above and beyond to make sure she was cared for. Renae was super communicative, kind, and trustworthy! Highly recommend booking her for any pet care needs!”

About: I have had pets my whole life. My first cat grew up with me. My parents got him while I was in Preschool. I have many fond memories of him, and used to help with his care whenever I could. I have house/dog sat for neighbors while I was growing up. I have experience raising a Pitbull, he was an awesome brindle coated sweetheart. He was my roommate's dog but I loved him as I would my own. I also raised a Shiba Inu, she was amazing. So beautiful, and loyal. She was my best friend for 14 wonderful years. Anyone who knows that breed knows that they can be especially challenging, but we got along great. I volunteer at Cascades Humane Society in Jackson. I love going there in my free time to walk dogs, cuddle or play with cats or just try to help with anything I can. Currently my close family (parents and siblings) have six dogs and six cats combined between all of us. I am also the Dogfather to some of them, and they would come to me if anything happened. Right now I have a 13 year old rescue cat named Daisy. She gets special food from the vet, and regular pills. She also gets lots of love and lap time. I also have a Norwegian Buhund puppy. He is super friendly and outgoing. I have walked dogs of all sizes and personalities. From Huskys that want to go, go, go! to lazy little dogs just want to sniff and stroll. With our own fur baby. We have a regimented feeding schedule with our cat. Breaking up her can of food into many smaller meals throughout the day to help her with her conditions. Our dog gets multiple daily walks and lots of attention as he is still just a pup and prone to “tasting” things he shouldn’t. We’re doing lots of redirection. I spent years as a maintenance man for a property management company. I also spent years as an appliance repair man. Respecting people, their homes, and furry friends is nothing new to me. I have been trying to absorb as much information about animal behavior as possible and do my best to communicate with animals in a way they understand. Giving your dog a friendly greeting is very different from how most people greet them. Some need some time and an indirect approach. Walking straight toward a dog head on is instinctually considered quite rude in canine interactions. Cats also have their own language and way of doing things. I try hard to always respect that.

“Thoughtful and honest! Took great care of our kitty while we are gone - would book again. Does truly value the well being of the creatures they are in charge of”

“Alexis took excellent care of my kitty boys while I was gone for a few days. I so appreciate that I was able to relax and enjoy my time away, knowing she was caring for them.”

“Hadlie was excellent and very knowledgeable. She was able to address any anxieties we may have had and made sure to provide a thorough report of her visit with our dog Bee. Hadlie has excellent communication and responds quickly if we have any questions. We highly recommend her for your pets care!”

About: With over 15 years of pet sitting experience and two beloved dogs of my own (going strong for 6+ years!), I bring both heart and hands-on knowledge to every visit. I’ve cared for everything from energized puppies to senior dogs who just want a little love and a soft blanket. I’m well-versed in giving medications, handling special needs, and keeping routines consistent and comforting. I have taken my dogs to training classes and have learned a lot. I also worked at a dog boarding facility in Ann Arbor for a summer, so I’ve had hands on experience with hundreds of dogs! Bonus points? I’ve also worked with exotic animals (sugar gliders, reptiles, and birds — oh my!), so I’m ready for more than just tail wags and wet noses. I’m super clean, always on time, and incredibly dependable. Whether your pet needs a calm presence or a playmate who can match their zoomies, I’m the one you can trust to treat your furry (or feathered/scaled) friend like family, because that’s exactly what they are. My schedule is currently very flexible. I am able to adjust to your needs! Due to childcare needs, my schedule may change in the future, but for now, I’m ready when you are! I take time to follow any specific instructions left by the owner, including feeding schedules, medication needs, and preferred walking routes. I always double-check that doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on body language, and never force interactions — building trust with each pet at their pace. I’m also very clean and respectful of your home, and I treat every visit as if I were caring for my own animals. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a long walk, or a little extra TLC, you can count on me to be reliable, attentive, and 100% present for your pet.

“Alyssa did great with Willow! She actually took the time to play with her and send adorable pictures of them both. Will definitely use her again.”

About: I grew up in a 6 cat household at one point, so I have the most experience working with cats, however I've cared for many family members dogs while they are away, such as my sister's very active 5 year old, blue heeler mix (Sora) that she has had since 2021. I am comfortable caring for, feeding, playing, and walking small to medium dogs. My schedule is pretty flexible and open at the moment as I am studying to take a board certified exam and applying to future positions within my field. I can assist in early mornings, midday or in the evenings. Unfortunately since I have two cats at home, I am unable to board other animals at our location. I am flexible and adaptive to caring for your pets in your home for drop in visits, depending on their discussed needs.

“Kyle is a very thoughtful and communicative sitter who dealt with the unique needs of my two dogs and ensured that they were well cared for while I was away. Would recommend him to anyone.”

“Emma took excellent care of our cat! She was punctual, communicative and easy to work with. Our cat seemed happy and well taken care of when we returned!”

“Lauren was excellent!! Very responsible and trustworthy. I would definitely hire her again. She was very flexible with dates when things changed unexpectedly.”

“Aveline has been very helpful! She is an excellent communicator, asked good questions and took cute pictures of our pets while we were away. She really cares and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Aveline!”

About: I've taken care of many types of animals. From farm animals to family dogs since I was eight years old. I absolutely love it, and enjoy being outside with nature. Going for walks and playing, as well as typical pet owner chores. I am currently a college student & looking to work full time for the summer. I am extremely flexible throughout the week, and look forward to meeting you & your beloved pet! I currently have a painted turtle. As well as working for two families that have dogs, chickens, bunnies etc. I love every minute of it.

About: I’ve had 3 dogs ever since I was 12 I’ve had to walk them feed them and bath them I’ve also pet sat for family many times I currently work part time so I’ll have plenty of time to watch your pups I’m available weekends anytime after 1pm and weekdays anytime after 11:30am I have 2 dogs one who is pretty calm and then the other who has pretty bad anxiety so I know how to care for all different types of dog behaviors

About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.
