I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm during the school year (September-Early June). I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). I am religious when it comes to pet feeding, grooming and any medications. These animals are our family. We may not have them our whole life, but they have us their whole life. We need to make it the best one they could ever dream of. (I don't know about dog psychology but I can assume they dream. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to explain my dog running in his sleep 🤣😉)
About: I’ve been caring for loving animals since I was 11, and over the years, family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk and look after their pets with consistent compassion, patience, and genuine affection. I’m currently working part-time so I’m home throughout the week. I’m available to pet sit, dog walk or provide a midday potty break. Mostly during the week however my schedule is flexible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routines closely, provide gentle companionship, keep their environment clean and comfortable, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and stress-free while their family is away.
About: I grew up with dogs at home, and have lengthy experience in care. I trained and took care of a puppy, but also have extensive experience with senior dogs (who have a special place in my heart!). I am currently a student at UofM, but I am looking for any time to spend with animals! I can do check-ins during the week in the afternoon and evening after classes, and I am relatively open on the weekends! I am extremely loving with all animals. To be honest, just getting to spend time with an animal, no matter the services or needs they require, is a blessing for me.

“Fantastic experience with Coddy and Byron! Our 1-ish year old Austrlian shepherd, Wes, stayed with them for a portion of July. Coddy and Byron were very responsive to messages, sent updates (and pictures/videos of Wes), and genuinely, thoughtfully incorporated Wes into their home for 2 weeks. Two weeks! We miscalculated Wes's food and, when it become apparent it would run out a few days before, Coddy and Byron rationed and mixed it with their own dogs' food in a way that didn't negatively affect Wes's digestion. If that's not top-tier dog watching, we really don't know what is. Would highly recommend and would book again!”
