About: I'm an owner of a kitty. I've watched other people's pets ever since I can remember. I'm relied on as a good pet sitter, always wanting the best for your pets. Plus I'm a lover of giving treats and good pets I've recently moved down to Saline MI from Marquette MI. I've also recently secured a job as a HHA. I visit my clients daily, but only for 3 hrs at a time. I usually work 8am-11am (I don't work this shift often), and 4pm-7pm. I'm definitely able to watch, walk, and snuggle your pet around my work. Usually only working 3hrs a day leaves me lots of time to visit or stay with your pet! Like I said, I'm a lover of good pets and giving treats. My kitty is quite the diva, and super spoiled. I believe every pet deserves the best care, and I'm here for them when you can't be!

I have a natural connection with animals and enjoy providing them with the care and attention they deserve while their owners are away. I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. From volunteering at the Huron Valley Humane Society to being offered a job at a highly rated dog boarding place, people’s trust in me to care for animals has never wavered. Most recently, I cared for and trained my now 11 month old lab from 8 weeks of age. She truly is such a gentle soul and I promise to care for your fur babies like they are my own. I’ve had multiple dogs in the puppies stage, given daily oral medications to dogs for seizures and anxiety, and handled varying temperaments. I also make sure to tailor my care to meet each dog’s specific needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I’ll follow any routines you’ve established, whether it’s feeding times, bathroom breaks, or specific instructions for their care. I would love the opportunity to meet your pet, learn more about their personality, and provide the best care possible while you’re away. I promise to treat your pet with the same love and respect I would give my own! I’m currently a part time college student who has weekday availability to meet your needs. My current schedule provides some flexibility and therefore can give me more time to care for your pets. I don’t accept pet-sittings if the expectation is for me to be present at the client’s home 24/7 unless agreed upon before hand. If the expectation is that I may only leave the house for less than 2 hours at a time, that is considered constant care for my business, and I will need to charge as such. My constant care rate is 1.5x the standard care rate, and if it is over a holiday, my constant care rate is 2x the standard rate. For drop-in visits, if 3 visits a day are needed, the rate will be 1.5x the base rate. This is due to more driving time, gas, and less flexibility with my own schedule throughout the day. Thank you for understanding I am no stranger to caring for animals with ongoing medical needs and currently have one dog who has an extensive treatment plan of her own. I’m here to fit your pets needs and want to provide the same level of care they receive on a daily basis. They truly are part of the family!

About: I grew up in a 6 cat household at one point, so I have the most experience working with cats, however I've cared for many family members dogs while they are away, such as my sister's very active 5 year old, blue heeler mix (Sora) that she has had since 2021. I am comfortable caring for, feeding, playing, and walking small to medium dogs. My schedule is pretty flexible and open at the moment as I am studying to take a board certified exam and applying to future positions within my field. I can assist in early mornings, midday or in the evenings. Unfortunately since I have two cats at home, I am unable to board other animals at our location. I am flexible and adaptive to caring for your pets in your home for drop in visits, depending on their discussed needs.

About: I have had pets my whole life. My first cat grew up with me. My parents got him while I was in Preschool. I have many fond memories of him, and used to help with his care whenever I could. I have house/dog sat for neighbors while I was growing up. I have experience raising a Pitbull, he was an awesome brindle coated sweetheart. He was my roommate's dog but I loved him as I would my own. I also raised a Shiba Inu, she was amazing. So beautiful, and loyal. She was my best friend for 14 wonderful years. Anyone who knows that breed knows that they can be especially challenging, but we got along great. I volunteer at Cascades Humane Society in Jackson. I love going there in my free time to walk dogs, cuddle or play with cats or just try to help with anything I can. Currently my close family (parents and siblings) have six dogs and six cats combined between all of us. I am also the Dogfather to some of them, and they would come to me if anything happened. Right now I have a 13 year old rescue cat named Daisy. She gets special food from the vet, and regular pills. She also gets lots of love and lap time. I also have a Norwegian Buhund puppy. He is super friendly and outgoing. I have walked dogs of all sizes and personalities. From Huskys that want to go, go, go! to lazy little dogs just want to sniff and stroll. With our own fur baby. We have a regimented feeding schedule with our cat. Breaking up her can of food into many smaller meals throughout the day to help her with her conditions. Our dog gets multiple daily walks and lots of attention as he is still just a pup and prone to “tasting” things he shouldn’t. We’re doing lots of redirection. I spent years as a maintenance man for a property management company. I also spent years as an appliance repair man. Respecting people, their homes, and furry friends is nothing new to me. I have been trying to absorb as much information about animal behavior as possible and do my best to communicate with animals in a way they understand. Giving your dog a friendly greeting is very different from how most people greet them. Some need some time and an indirect approach. Walking straight toward a dog head on is instinctually considered quite rude in canine interactions. Cats also have their own language and way of doing things. I try hard to always respect that.

About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.
