You always expect someone who is watching your dogs to be kind and professional but she took it to a lvl I never expected and fully appreciated. My girls had a blast with her all day. She basically took them on a doggie play day for the entire day. They were pampered and loved the whole day. We were visiting the area in our RV and spent the day at Universal.
