Information Susan J. would like to know about your pet
It's important to know what their personality is like and any special preferences...what makes them tick and "tail wagging" happy! Does your pup have any special feeding/medical instructions; i.e.: ?? Are they allowed to have treats, and type?? ...do they need special attention due to age, medical needs, etc. Also, important to have all feeding schedules, details of dog behaviors, and informing your Vet that I will be your caretaker while your away should any medical needs arise.
A typical day
When your pup is with me, they will get lots of exercise at the dog parks, dog walks/hikes in your neighborhood or mine...I love taking them to the lake as they have so much fun hiking and then cooling off near the water... Most importantly they will always receive lots of attention, play time, smooches & love! I always ensure they have lots of excercise to keep them tail-wagging happy! I follow ALL directions, and don't deviate unless I get permission from you when necessary. Another big perk: Rover provides 24/7 customer service, 24/7 emergency veterinary service, along with insurance coverage for your pups , your home and me while in my care. *Rover's insurance is done in 24 hour cycles. If I start a House Sitting Stay at 9am on the first day of your booking, please plan that it finishes by 9am the last day of your booking. Anything more than 3 hrs past that 24 hour mark will incur a daycare charge of $55 to ensure your pup is covered by Rover's fantastic insurance from start to finish. For more details, read as follows: What does the Rover Guarantee cover for owners? Rover offers the Rover Guarantee for all services booked through Rover. Simply put, the Rover Guarantee is our commitment to you in the rare instance that something goes wrong during a booking. The Rover Guarantee reimburses members of our community for costs arising from certain injuries or damages that occur during a service booked and paid through Rover. The injuries or damages must result from care provided during a Rover stay or walk, and the Guarantee reimburses in the event the sitter or walker is unwilling or unable to pay those costs. Susan is absolutely amazing! She was extremely kind and flexible when helping dog sit our elderly yorkie last minute while we were visiting Malibu.
