She has a love for any animals for sure as we also have a bearded dragon and a cat (sadly she passed away of an illness) Ivel looked after them while we were out for a couple of weeks. She is a great pet sitter!”

About: I have a dog of my own that I got in late 2020. He was a rescue so he started out very shy and distrustful, now Frosty is bursting with energy and has fully come out of his shell. I have also pet sat for my grandmother’s dog and friend’s dogs in recent years. An animal’s wellbeing is my highest priority when they are in my care. I take them out every couple hours if they are antsy and am happy to play, cuddle, and give them my attention. Ultimately, I just love to see tails wagging :) My current full time job is front desk at the Madison Hotel. I would need to give two weeks notice to get time off for long periods of pet care. I can fit shorter visits into my existing schedule most days, I work a variety of shifts, but most frequently 7am-3pm, so my afternoons and evenings are usually very open. While my dog Frosty is very gentle with humans, he is not friendly towards other dogs, so I am unable to host animals in my own home. I can take out your pets for frequent walks or keep them entertained inside, whichever you prefer. My only caveat is that I am asthmatic so I have trouble keeping up with a dog that requires a lot of running or walks around a hilly neighborhood.

“Kate watched my one and a half year old pup, Bunny, for the weekend. Bunny has a bit of separation anxiety and can get extremely nervous when we leave him. Kate was AMAZING! She was gentle and patient with him, bringing one of her dogs out to greet him to get him comfortable before entering her home. She sent great updates and was very communicative. Bunny had a blast playing with Kate's dogs and came home happily exhausted from a very successful boarding experience. I highly recommend!”
