“We are so grateful to have found Paul & Megan! From the meet & greet to Lilly's extensive 11 night stay, it was evident that Paul & Megan have a genuine care for dogs and treat them with love and individualized attention. The daily pictures and updates of Lilly's activites always brought a smile to our face and were reassuring that she was happy, safe and comfortable. We would highly recommend Paul & Megan and will definitely be using them whenever we need a sitter for Lilly.”

“Jennifer and her family were so wonderful. They provided a lovely and safe home for Walter while we were on vacation. Her dog Molly even taught our dog good manners. Highly recommended!!!”

“Belinda was wonderful with our furbaby and sent us an update each day. She was very accessible by text and easy to communicate with. Our dog got along well with her dog, Sloane, who is a sweetie. Also, she has the perfect fenced in yard for the dogs to play! We will certainly work with Belinda again!”

“Natali was able to take Chunk for a last minute visit and she could not have been more wonderful! Chunk had a great weekend with her and she was flexible, attentive, and took such great care of him.”

“Xinyue and Weihai were most accommodating and responsive during a last minute stay. Indy had a great time and I felt most assured of his care while I was away. Highly recommend!”

“She took such great care of Remi and we felt so at ease, even though it was the first time we’ve had our pup stay with someone else. We loved the updates and photos and will definitely be using Gienna again!”

“Natasha and Jonathan were great hosts again! Super communicative, took my dog on last minute for a full week, and sent lots of picture updates through his stay. He seems to have a great time staying too! Lots of tug of war and cuddles, as far as I can tell.”

“Kimberly and her lovely family have been so welcoming to our dog Bailey. We know she is in good hands and getting lots of attention. We are so thankful to know our dog is in good hands while we are gone.”

“Our minidoodle Sam had a great stay with Charlotte and Jordan, and their dog Kyber. Two things we especially like: They generally just take one dog at a time (more attention, and Sam loves attention!), and they live near some great walking trails. Very nice people.”

“Freddi and her boyfriend are such caring dog sitters. It’s obvious that they loves the dogs a lot, often taking them on long walks to tire them out and having them play. They are very attentive and patient, often updating me about the dogs and even offering suggestions on changing their food intake after doing some research. Our dogs were very happy and healthy when we went to pick them up, and even kind of sad to leave. It’s clear that they had a great time at Freddi’s by their smiles and tail wags. I would highly recommend this family if you’re going away for vacation—they are patient, kind, and very caring! 10/10 experience.”

“Wendy took amazing care of our 5-month old puppy while we were away for a long weekend! She sent pics and videos and provided periodic updates that made us so comfortable with being away from our pup. 5/5 stars and we’ll definitely be reaching out to Wendy next time we need to be away!”

“Lori was great! This was my first time leaving my pup and she made it a great experience! Lori was great with the dogs, has a fenced in yard and sent me videos of my pup playing and having a blast! I’ll be sure to use Lori again!”

“Very friendly, provided plenty of photos for us to see our dog during her stay. She was very responsive and attentive to the dog. When she got home she seemed happy! Recommended.”

“Luke has been absolutely wonderful with our dog Murphy. This was our pup’s second stay with him, and it is clear how much he genuinely cares. Our dog loves him and always comes home happy, relaxed, and well looked after. Luke communicates clearly, sends updates, and creates a welcoming environment. It gives tremendous peace of mind knowing our dog is safe and enjoying his time while we are away. Highly recommend Luke for anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate sitter.”

“It was our first time leaving our 1yo puppy with a new family. He spent 4 nights with her and had a great time. Nicole was very kind, very understanding of his special needs and treated him to a great adventure on a beach. Could not have asked for a better family to leave our doggie. Thank you Nicole!”

“Jennifer was amazing watching our puppy, Loki! She even provided pet taxi for pick up and drop off! She kept us updated throughout his weekend stay with her the entire time and he loved playing with her 2 pups! Thank you so much!”

“Rob is just wonderful with our nearly 12 y/o dog! Our Simba just loves seeing Rob and his entire family, both the walks and the cuddle time on the sofa. We don’t leave Simba behind often but when we do, we hope Rob is available.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lynnfield
Our dogs had a great stay with Wendy! They were so well cared for and looked so happy in all the pictures she sent. She made them feel right at home. Our dog Cody needs eye drops and they did an amazing job giving them to him. Highly recommend her for all dog care needs!!

Debbie was incredible, and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone. She provided regular updates on our dog with photos; this put us at ease while we were traveling, so we could truly enjoy our time away. She treated our dog like her own, and we really can’t thank her enough. Will 100% be a repeat customer.

Everything went absolutely wonderfully with Olivia and Adam. We left our dog Chelsie with them for a long stay of about 2.5 weeks, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chelsie can be a bit anxious when staying with someone new, and to be honest, we were anxious too. We know all the little quirks and routines of our dog, but of course it’s impossible to explain every tiny detail ahead of time. Still, they handled everything incredibly well and made her feel comfortable very quickly. They constantly sent photos and updates, which I was extremely grateful for because it allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip without worrying. It was very clear from the updates that Chelsie was happy, comfortable, and having her own little vacation. At one point we joked that she might not even want to come back home after staying with them. Highly recommend them, especially if you’re nervous about leaving your dog for a longer stay.

Katia is an excellent caregiver. She kept us well-informed about how our dog, Riker, was doing multiple times a day, including photos and videos. She asked all the right questions, and she didn't flinch at taking care of an old, 13-year-old border collie who can be an extreme challenge for others (including us). I would highly recommend her and I hope Riker can stay with her in the future.

We could tell that Stella enjoyed her time with Betsy & Gordon and their children. We were very selective in our selected sitters leading up to our European vacation. This was our first out of the country vacation away from Stella. Betsy and Gordon provided us with great communication leading up to the booking, and great communication throughout. Easing my fur momma worries. We hope that Stella will visit again soon!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
