But we found ourselves in a pinch, and Gienna (thankfully!!) had an opening in her schedule to care for Sully for a long weekend. She and her dog Maggie were so welcoming, and made Sully feel right at home. He was so comfy and was soon prancing in Gienna’s yard. We received many pictures of Sully as he was settling into their home. Gienna communicated well and administered Sully’s meds as we needed. What a find for us and Sully! “I found Wendy last minute before we had to leave on our trip. She was very accommodating and communication was great! During our trip Wendy would send us photos and videos. Since Luna is only 4 months and this was our first time leaving her we were a little nervous but Wendy took that away. Since Luna was still learning to pee/poo outside Wendy was really great about bringing her out and making sure she was okay. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again! This was our first time using Rover and leaving Piper with someone other than family/friends. We couldn’t have picked a better family to trust her with. Kim sent lots of updates, even one just a few minutes after we left to let us know Piper was already having fun playing with a ball in the fenced in backyard. Piper got lots of love from Brian and the kids too, as evidenced by their coming to say bye to Piper before we left and the fact that Piper came home exhausted (awesome for an Aussie). Their dog, Daisy, was sweet and friendly from the moment they were off leash together. We would definitely rebook with this wonderful family again!
Deb was an excellent sitter for my dog Rocky. She was very communicative and kept us informed. She sent us home with a gift for my soccer playing pup that was sweet and unexpected. Her yard is beautiful and she is very active with her charges. Highly recommend! We be rebooking.
Everything went absolutely wonderfully with Olivia and Adam. We left our dog Chelsie with them for a long stay of about 2.5 weeks, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chelsie can be a bit anxious when staying with someone new, and to be honest, we were anxious too. We know all the little quirks and routines of our dog, but of course it’s impossible to explain every tiny detail ahead of time. Still, they handled everything incredibly well and made her feel comfortable very quickly. They constantly sent photos and updates, which I was extremely grateful for because it allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip without worrying. It was very clear from the updates that Chelsie was happy, comfortable, and having her own little vacation. At one point we joked that she might not even want to come back home after staying with them. Highly recommend them, especially if you’re nervous about leaving your dog for a longer stay.
Katia is an excellent caregiver. She kept us well-informed about how our dog, Riker, was doing multiple times a day, including photos and videos. She asked all the right questions, and she didn't flinch at taking care of an old, 13-year-old border collie who can be an extreme challenge for others (including us). I would highly recommend her and I hope Riker can stay with her in the future.
We could tell that Stella enjoyed her time with Betsy & Gordon and their children. We were very selective in our selected sitters leading up to our European vacation. This was our first out of the country vacation away from Stella. Betsy and Gordon provided us with great communication leading up to the booking, and great communication throughout. Easing my fur momma worries. We hope that Stella will visit again soon!
