About: Hi all! I am originally from Bozeman and grew up with dogs- I enjoy going for walks and going to dog parks as well as just cuddling on the couch! I am a full time employee at the hospital and can easily do drop in walks or visits and will only accept jobs where I can meet the level of care your pet needs. About: Hi! My name is Josie, I’m a 19 year old college freshman at MSU. I grew up with my first dog at 6 years old (having had a cat before that), and started dog walking for money around age 11, and my family just got a new dog recently too! For the last two years, I’ve been doing overnight house sitting and drop-ins for dogs and cats for neighbors and friends. I’m also comfortable caring for other pets like bearded dragons, birds, and bunnies, and although I’ve never done a snake before, I’m certainly not afraid of them! I'm responsible, easy to communicate with, and will treat your home and pets with care while you're away. I’m flexible in the mornings, evenings, and overnight! I do have college classes in the afternoon between 12:00 PM and 3:00/4:00 PM, so I won't be in the home continuously during those hours. I am comfortable following whatever routine works best for your pets. I have experience crating dogs and administering pill medications and eye drops. I’ve also worked with cats through Heart of the Valley, so I’m great at reading animal body language, keeping spaces clean, and making sure your pets stay relaxed.
About: I have been a dog owner for most of my life and I have once been a dog trainer and I now work in doggy daycare. My goal is to build my entire career around dogs! They have always been my passion and hold a special place in my heart. There is no better friend than a dog! I am a dog trainer so I base my whole day at work and at home on basic dog training commands constantly to keep my dog and myself in tune. I always make sure my dog is comfortable whether that’s the environment indoors or making sure her bed is clean and comfy. I refresh her water every 1 to 2 hours even if it’s full just to get hair, dirt, etc. out of the bowl and have clean water. I do tiny things like this constantly to make sure my dog and clients dogs are always comfortable.
About: I have had high energy dogs mostly heelers and love to take them outside for adventures. It helps me bond with them and teach them to be social. I currently work evenings and bring my our dog out for walks all the time during the day. I love taking him to the dog park and hiking and have room to bring others with me. I mostly take my dog to the dog park and leash him when I take him hiking. I would be able to bring another dog with us when we adventure.

About: Pets have been a part of my family my entire life. I have experience taking care of animals with special needs, including those with medications, partial paralysis, hyperactive tendencies, senior animals and babies, both dogs and cats. Safety is a priority for me - I will always triple check harnesses and leashes and make sure that gates and doors are properly latched and locked. Your pet will always be treated with kindness and respect, and, with your permission, I will also offer extra treats to spoil your furry family member when I check in on them or take them for walks. I will often have weekend availability but sometimes weekday mornings as well (namely, Tuesday and Thursday mornings). Fridays I will be available on a rotating basis. I will carefully follow all client instructions to ensure that their pets are safe, healthy, and properly cared for. Animals will always be treated with kindness and respect, and they will receive lots and lots of pets when under my care. For dog-walking services, I routinely re-check leash attachment and recommend puppy parents use harnesses to reduce choking possibilities from pulling against collars. I encourage play and snuggles (though there may be more of one than another depending on the temperament of each pet).

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
