As a homeowner, I use the utmost care in others’ homes when watching their pets. I ensure lights and noise are on as needed (ie TV or radio) for security and can check the space for any food or other items that would be tempting (my Lab is a thief when it comes to baked goods! I’ve also dug batteries out of a couch to ensure they were not ingested).

I have a lot of experience with both high-energy dogs, as well as dogs who experience separation anxiety. Nothing is more rewarding to me than earning the trust of a new dog and helping them feel secure and safe.
A typical day
I live in a walkable neighborhood and always enjoy exploring new places. I’m happy to take your dog to one of the dog parks, if they prefer an off-leash experience. As a Lab owner, I can play long games of fetch or frisbee :)

Kate listened to everything I told her about my pup! Bassets can be a pit of a pain as they like to take their time on walks but Kate was patient and let Janice sniff away!
