Availability
I work part time in a lab at MSU alongside classes, so while I often have 40 hours per week of tasks, location and timing tends to be flexible! I usually go for one or two walks, morning and evening, and will adjust that schedule to meet the needs of your dog.

I’ve fostered a range of dogs, from 8 weeks to 10+ years old, and am comfortable meeting the needs of a range of pups. Whether it is 2 walks a day and a game of fetch, or 2 laps around the block and a nap, I look forward to helping out with your dog! I have also gone to a range of dog training courses through past foster and pet care experience, and while I am not a dog trainer I am happy to carefully follow any guidance on training you provide.

Mr. Henry is a kind and responsible young man who has taken great care of our dog, Willy. Willy loves Calvin and is always running up to him and jumping up to great him with dog-kisses whenever he comes around to take care of her. He is attentive with Willy and has shown immense compassion and care when interacting, feeding, playing, and walking Willy. Calvin grew up with dogs of his own and it is obvious when we watch him handle ours. I am sad to hear Calvin has moved, and no doubt, Willy would be too. It will be very difficult finding another dog-sitter we like as much as we like Calvin. Your furry friend will be in great hands.
Calvin has helped care for numerous dogs over the years, including dogs that had challenges including very high energy and reactive. He has a great personality and demeanor with animals, being patient and kind, but also consistent and firm. He is also trustworthy, reliable and has good judgement.
Calvin took great care of my two dogs and kept me updated with regular photos/videos. He handled one dog’s medicine and food specificities perfectly and took them on long walks. Overall very satisfied!
