About: I have been a dog owner for most of my life and I have once been a dog trainer and I now work in doggy daycare. My goal is to build my entire career around dogs! They have always been my passion and hold a special place in my heart. There is no better friend than a dog! I am a dog trainer so I base my whole day at work and at home on basic dog training commands constantly to keep my dog and myself in tune. I always make sure my dog is comfortable whether that’s the environment indoors or making sure her bed is clean and comfy. I refresh her water every 1 to 2 hours even if it’s full just to get hair, dirt, etc. out of the bowl and have clean water. I do tiny things like this constantly to make sure my dog and clients dogs are always comfortable.

About: Hi all! I am originally from Bozeman and grew up with dogs- I enjoy going for walks and going to dog parks as well as just cuddling on the couch! I am a full time employee at the hospital and can easily do drop in walks or visits and will only accept jobs where I can meet the level of care your pet needs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats alike since I was 14 years old. My main experience in home has been with small/medium sized breeds as I have always lived in an apartment. However, I have dog sat larger breeds for my neighbors and a few friends before as well. I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter called NKLA with best friends society. Here I worked with cats and dogs. I cleaned kennels, socialized with animals to prepare them for adoption, and walked multiple dogs (mainly pitbull breeds). I have owned my own dog for the last 2.5 years who is a medium sized chihuahua/pitbull mix named Athena. She’s on a routine feeding schedule and is walked every 4-6 hours, last time being at 10pm. I have experience with bathing dogs but only have a tub at this current apartment. No grooming experience. I am also comfortable administering medications as my pup takes her own! I have also worked in small animal veterinary medicine. Currently work nights at MSU so I’m available anytime before 4pm. Also have Fridays and Saturdays off but tend to work our football games on occasion! I update my availability frequently once I know I’m out of town as well. I currently have a fenced in back-yard along with a very spacious home with an additional dog bed and a medium sized kennel as needed. My dog is super friendly minus feeding times which would be separated. I like to make sure at least a 30 minute walk twice a day is given & at least an hour overall of playtime. Especially for more energetic breeds!
About: I have been raised with dogs, cats and horses since a young age. I have a 7 year old border collie who has been trained for agility and a 5 year old lab who is trained to hunt. They are disciplined dogs but also very spoiled! I currently work from home with flexible hours. When I am not traveling I am available to take care of your animal throughout the day or overnight. I have a fenced yard with two dogs who will show your animal the ropes. We go on walks every morning, lunch time and evening. Ideally we will be able to get a hike or swim in the afternoon, but if not we play ball and get plenty of time off leash throughout the day. Activities can change based on your animal’s needs. I have two very active dogs and we do everything we can to stimulate them.
About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. Especially puppies. My parents and I raised puppies since I was about 12 years old!! I loved it and ever since then, it’s been my dream to take care of animals! I have a full time job from Monday-Friday 8-5pm so the best time for me to look after your pets is weekends. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
