“I cannot say enough good about Charles! 5 stars are not enough!!! I've been using Rover regularly since 2017 as I travel for work. I am very choosy about where I leave my girl as she had a bad experience last year. I booked initially with someone less expensive, but went with my gut and changed to Charles at the last minute. I am SO VERY GLAD I did!! I received daily updates and photos of my girl having an absolute BLAST and of her snuggling in their laps...by day 2! My girl rarely gets that comfortable anywhere, let alone that quickly. I had to leave her for 15 days and was very nervous about it until I saw that. When I went to pick her up, I think she was conflicted over whether she wanted to stay or come home with me, and was even a little down the first day...She misses them for sure!! Thank you SO much Charles!! One of the very best experiences with Rover yet!”
“Jennifer did a great job making my dog comfortable in a new place. She has a great outside place where he loves to spend time. The updates were great and reassuring We would take Colter to Jennifer again and will.”
“Oh my gosh, I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Tara. She is terrific with dogs and has an excellent environment for them. She is responsive, accommodating, and friendly, and my dog just adores her. It can be so stressful, leaving your dog in the care of someone else, but this time I was at such ease knowing Tara was taking care of our girl ☺️ thank you x million!!”
“Gary was amazing! He took my boys on many walks and was great with active dogs. He truly takes the time to get to know each animal and it showed! It was wonderful knowing my boys were so well taken care of!”
“Josie and her husband did a great job watching my dog during the hottest weekend of the summer. Wallie came back tired from playing with their dog for the weekend. They were very responsive and provided updates throughout the stay. Would book with them again!”
“Josephine was great! From drop off to pick up she allowed me to go out of town knowing my pup was in good hands! Will definitely book again and highly recommend you do the same!”
“Wendy was amazing with our pup! She sent lots of pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear he was very well cared for and had an absolute blast with her family and her dog. He came home completely exhausted in the best way possible after all the fun and playtime. We would definitely recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter, and we’d happily book with her again in the future!”
“Kat &Jake (and their fur babies, Copper & Molly), are a doggie’s dream come true, should leaving town be in your future. They made our girl, who was suddenly a solo dog after the passing of our older dog, feel right at home, despite our girl’s understandable loss of confidence after that somewhat recent event. Kat &Jake are clearly loving and kind dog-lovers. The daily updates were awesome, and kept me feeling good. Highly recommend this lovely family!”
“Ashley was a fantastic communicator and sent pupdates. I was very comfortable leaving Nova with her. They did so many fun activities. I highly recommend Ashley and would definitely go with her again.”
“Emma was an amazing sitter for my pup, Crouton! I had to go out of town last minute for a few days and Emma was thankfully available. Crouton got along really well with her pup, Nova. I got ample updates and pictures. Crouton seemed so happy during her stay, I would definitely rebook with Emma again!”
“Eliza is a great communicator and provided us with so many wonderful photo updates! Banjo had a great time and was very well-cared for. We will definitely use her again in the future.”
“Finding a dog sitter who only watches small breeds can be tricky, so we’re incredibly grateful to have found Katie! She was communicative, caring, and always reassured us that our little guy was doing well. We’ll definitely be calling her our go-to sitter for future trips!”
“Sara took care of our Leo for about a week. She was very responsive and sent many pictures of Leo’s adventures. I swear he probably had a better time than I did on my work trip. Will definitely use Sara again. She is awesome!”
“Naomi and her cat duchess were so good to my senior dog Cody. He was very happy and totally at ease when I went to pick him up. This was a last minute booking and Naomi was great about it. Would highly recommend her.”
“Traci and family took very good care of my boys 🐶🐶. She sent pictures of our 2 dogs every day, including after I left and they settled in. They seemed pretty chill when I picked them up, so I knew they had been doing ok. I would definitely recommend Traci to anyone looking for a small dog pet sitter!”

“Katy took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away. She is reliable and sent detailed daily updates. She even connected with our shy Siamese who can be slow to warm up. The cats were in great spirits when we got home and the house looked great!”
“Linda was great! I ended up going out of town and normally have a neighbor watch my cat, but this weekend nobody was available. I was able to book Linda last minute and she stopped by to meet me and my cat literally the day before the job. Was so happy she was available and I'll definitely use her again. She was super communicative which helped.”
“As usual, Melissa took great care of Houdini. She always goes above and beyond and gives him extra attention, you can tell he loves her from the pictures. She also watered our plants! Thank you Melissa!”
“Savannah is great- reliable, communicative, and friendly. While gone for the weekend she made sure to not only check on my two cats, but love on them and play with them too. My favorite part was the update pictures she would send, as well as feedback on how my cats were doing (eating, energy, litter activity, etc.) and having the veterinary background that Savannah does, my babies were in great hands. Consider Savannah for your booking and you won’t be disappointed!”
“Bailey did a wonderful job taking care of our puppy. She was caring, attentive to his needs and kept us in the loop through out the stay. She also brought in the packages off our front porch when she arrived..not required but much appreciated. I would definitely book with her again!”
“Bryant was great with our two cats! During drop-in visits, he made sure the cats were fed and water refilled, checked to make sure the litter robot was working, and played with their lazer pointer with them (which is our cats’ favorite thing to do😁). Communication was great the whole time. Would definitely book with Bryant again!”
About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life. Especially puppies. My parents and I raised puppies since I was about 12 years old!! I loved it and ever since then, it’s been my dream to take care of animals! I have a full time job from Monday-Friday 8-5pm so the best time for me to look after your pets is weekends. I can stay with them after work during the weekdays though (overnight). I am very reliable and loving and I will take care of your animals and make sure they are happy! I will accommodate any needs they may have!
About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 15 and have loved every minute! I spent a year working for Telluride Humane Society in Telluride CO where I got to socialize rescue animals and get them acclimated to life in a home. I have experience caring for senior dogs with mobility issues as well as developing and executing a plan to get over weight dogs healthy again. I took a break from Rover during my undergrad to focus more on my studies, but as a graduate student at MSU I have a fairly flexible schedule and am excited to start taking care of pets again! I am currently a graduate student at MSU with a fairly consistent but open schedule. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have class until 1pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays are entirely set aside for my personal research which means that I am on my own schedule and have more flexibility to help! I love an affectionate pet and am happy to give them plenty of love and attention! Though, I also understand that some of them prefer to keep to themselves especially around a new person. I believe I know how to read their body language and figure out where to go from there. I would love to be able to take care of pets at my own home, but our homeowners don’t allow it so I would mainly have to do house visits (which I think is more comfortable for the pet anyway).
About: I grew up on a farm and have always had animals around me. I subcontracted for a Rover pet sitter for 6 months as well as pet sitting for family and friends for the past several years. “As a first-time Rover user, I was pretty anxious about leaving my pups with someone I didn't know. Tara was amazing! She sent plenty of pictures and videos, and it was obvious our dogs were being loved on and having a great time. Knowing they were safe and happy made it so much easier for me to relax and enjoy my day. We are so grateful for the care she and her family gave our two mini schnauzers, and we'll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!”

About: I have over four years of experience in the dog training industry, where I started in animal husbandry before transitioning into hands-on dog training. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong understanding of canine behavior, handling, and care. In addition to my professional experience, I grew up on a ranch and have been surrounded by animals my entire life. Caring for animals has always been a part of who I am, and I love building trust with pets while ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently work part-time in the evenings, which gives me plenty of daytime availability for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care. My flexible schedule allows me to provide reliable attention and exercise throughout the day, whether your pup needs a quick potty break, a long walk, or some extra companionship while you’re away. I’m committed to making sure every dog gets the care, activity, and attention they deserve. Your dog’s safety and well-being are always my top priorities. With my background in animal care and dog training, I understand how to read canine body language, recognize potential stressors, and respond appropriately to different situations. I take care to use secure handling practices, maintain awareness of our surroundings during walks, and follow any specific instructions you provide for your pet. My goal is to ensure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while in my care, giving you peace of mind when you’re away.

“Naomi and her cat duchess were so good to my senior dog Cody. He was very happy and totally at ease when I went to pick him up. This was a last minute booking and Naomi was great about it. Would highly recommend her.”
“Danielle was wonderful with Melke! She kept me up to date and sent lots of pictures. Melke was so happy when I got home & I could tell she had the best time & was well taken care of! I definitely recommend Danielle & I for sure use her in the future!”
About: Growing up with animals has taught me the importance of their care and well being. They are all so unique, why we love them so! I work for myself in Bozeman, therefore I have a very flexible schedule. I am available seven days a week, all times of the day! I have a very large yard right on the trails. We are close to streams for swimming and Peet’s hill for socializing, we stay entertained!
