About: I have multiple years experience working in a doggy daycare, kennel, and shelter environment. I don't have a dog of my own quite yet, but I am working towards obtaining a certification in dog training. I worked for 5 years at a kennel, and my work there ranged from being a part of the doggy daycare in the back to customer service up front. In my time there I have become fairly knowledgeable on dog behavior, body language, etc. I have been lucky enough to care for more dogs than I could ever count, with personalities to match! They all hold a special place in my heart, and any dog under my care is treated how I would want my own pet treated. I am also working towards a certification in dog training, please message me if you'd like to discuss. I focus on compassion and understanding to build a relationship with the dogs I meet. I am happy to move at their pace and respect their boundaries if they are on the shyer side, snuggle up on the couch, or go for an adventure at a nearby park- whatever your pup loves, I would love to be their new best friend! Pet care is always my top priority, both for my own and any pets I’m watching or caring for. I schedule my hours at work to be able to accommodate the animals I’m caring for. I tend to work mornings/ afternoons, and am able to stop in for a mid day potty break if needed. I do not care for pets in my own home, as my two cats are shy and take some time to adjust to new animals. But I dedicate myself to taking care of animals in their homes or if I have a dog out on a walk! I do my best to replicate the schedule and environment that pets are used to to keep them as comfortable as possible. I like to hear of any quirks that may be helpful in making your pet more comfortable.

Melissa was on time and one of the most personable sitters we have ever used. Our girl Sambuca was happy and took a liking to Melissa from the start. We felt very comfortable giving her access to our motor home and she was a God send for us knowing that Sambuca was well cared for. About: I’ve been handling pets for many many years, have a lot of love to give, knowledge to share, and care to give to your pet, if you need someone reliable to handle your pet while your vacation, or away from home I’m your guy! I work full time, but in the weekends and I am on the weekends at any time and on weekdays I can be available after 7pm-8:30pm I have one small dog, and care for him day in and day out, making sure he always has toys, is entertained, and has a healthy feeding/bathroom schedule. About: Aloha! I want to help you and your family member (dog/pet) feel less stressed about being away from each other! I noticed that every time I used a kennel service for our fur baby, our dog would get so scared, stress shed, nervous/anxiety, she would not eat, different times she caught kennel cough (which meant more vet bills), and our dog was definitely unhappy with the small kennel space surrounded by other upset loud barking pups/dogs/animals! I believe I can help your dog/pet feel loved, safe, comfortable, fed, clean, exercised, washed (optional), fun/waggy tails, like family, when you are away. My name is Michelle. I love animals! We have a small dog, bunny and fish! I used to volunteer at SPCA and Paw-sitive (Non profit, walk, groom, and feed stray dogs until they got adopted). I have housesit/housesat and dogsit/catsit/ bird and turtles-sat for friends and was suggested to extend my love on ROVER! (Side note: My husband goes to work during the day.I recently changed our schedule to homeschooling. My 2 kids are used to me caring, playing, and walking other dogs. They loves animals as well. We all have experience caring for animals, see pictures). I have went out of the way to teach , show and guide my children to be gentle, slow approaching/no sudden movements, no chasing, be responsible, ask before pet, be aware and careful around animals. I want to help other families feel comfortable and confident to leave their pet with me. We have our Covid shots and boosters. I am home everyday (except 3-4hours out of the house now and then for groceries or friends farm, or kids play dates). I keep my distance from crowds, we sanitize, and wash our hands frequently. I clean the house and wipe everything all the time. We got a new Hoover carpet wash, and our dog is up to date with shots! Your pet is safe and will be treated like royalty, pampered, loved like our pup/family! I will text or email you pictures and FaceTime your dog/pet too, if you like. Your dog/cat/pet is unique and special to you so I will do my best to help. I have owned dogs most my life (had my first pup with the responsibilities at 6 years old, and owned/fostered animals on and off for about 34 years) …cared for puppies, adults and senior dogs such as pit bulls, Pekingese, Shih Tzu , mini pincher Dobermans ,then fostered a German Shepard, a black pup Labradors, also taken cared of a Golden Retrievers, a Pitbull, poodles, bulldogs, Soft- wheat Terriers, birds, hamsters, turtles, a class pet guinea pig, and cared for friends cats too (see photos). (Yes, I have a small dog but our house is big enough to have another dog/cat/pet around . I can gate, and keep my dog separate if need) Your pet will be taken out for a run or walk at least 4x a day (usually 4-9 times with pictures)! Schedule: I take your/our dog out first thing in the morning, break, lunch, then around 3-4pm, around/after dinner time, and right before bedtime too ( update you with photos)! I will spend time with your dog/cat/pet. I will sit with, read to, massage, clean, comb, feed and pet (constantly check on, if they don’t want to be disturbed)! Even while I read to my kids, homeschool or while we watch tv at night. And my dog will be gated, separated, away from your dog/pet when we are out and when requested. I left my 911 emergency call taking position to be a stay at home mother. I would love to care for, walk, play, cuddle with your dog and take your dog to the park with us too ! *** ONLY DOGS UNDER 35lbs at this time. Thank you*** I have a lot of room, space, toys, pillows, blankets for your pup/dog/cat/pet (separated away from our dog), open concept spacious house, and animal-friendly neighborhood. I live in a cul-de-sac with extremely caring sweet neighbors that know me/us. Several families around us have animals of their own and I know most dogs have been trained or gone thru training as well as ours. I will text or email you pictures and FaceTime your dog/pet too if you like. Your dog/pet is unique and special to you so I will do my best to help. I will keep your dog/pet on a leash every time we go outside, so they don't go missing or let other dogs bother them ***Off leash free to run roam inside the house ***! Our dog is up to date with all shots, vet visits, and takes medication for tick/flee, heart worms. We give our dog a shower once every other week and when she gets muddy. I can help clean your dog/pet too, let us know!

About: I have been a dog lover since I was a kid. I've dog sat (and cat sat) for friend's dogs of all breeds and sizes. Dogs really have always taken a liking to me. I started working with dogs at age 15 as a bather for a groomer. I've had dogs my entire life. I just love spending time with dogs! I work full time in the medical field and have 2 Goldendoodles. One standard and one mini. Both are rehome situations. I am available for your busy weekends of kids sports, Kings Island or little getaways! I am able to give your pets water, food, medicine. Play with them and put them in their crate, if needed. I can do a little bit of everything for them!
