About: I have always been known as an animal person. Cats have a special place in my heart, and I take my role as a Certified Crazy Cat Lady very seriously. I have always been surrounded by them, taking care of family's pets for coming up on a decade. I also have over 6 years experience working with the cats at a local animal shelter, where I do both weekly cleaning as well as socialization with new or scared cats. This is the highlight of my week and my favorite thing to do.

About: My parents showed, bred, and raised Dobermans when I was a child. As an adult, our family has had cats and hunting dogs. I understand how important it is to be able to trust someone to take care of your pet when you are away from home and will treat your pet with the care I would want for my own. About: Hello, my name is LēRae and I have one dog. Her name is Josie and she is husky shepherd. I grew up with dogs and have always had a furry roommate/coworker at every stage of my life. My family had rescued three pitbulls while I was growing up, so I am familiar with the process of taking in a dog and allowing them to become comfortable with you on their terms- especially in a home they are not familiar with. Since my own dog is a husky, I am most familiar with high-energy dogs. I work from home and we go on walks at least three times daily. While I don’t have a yard, the Miami Bike Trail is right outside my door so theres plenty of opportunities for walks . I use Rover both as a sitter and as a client so I understand the circumstances of ensuring your pup is in quality care. As a client, I prefer pic/video updates at least three times a day and will ensure you receive the same standard. Since I work from home, your pup will always have someone around. Unless there is an event or a quick errand run out— you will always be updated. I live in a one bedroom apartment with dog neighbors on both sides of me so noise is not an issue. My dog is a husky and can be verbal at times and will likely try to talk to your pup.

About: We've had dogs our whole lives and love the joy they bring us. We've been pet sitting on and off for the last 3 years and would love the chance to take care of your family member! Jathan works from home every day and Dani's office is dog-friendly and we have some flexibility between the two of us to both do work from home days. If your pup absolutely has to have someone there at all times or has medication needs, we can also rearrange schedules to have both of us work from home, or bring them along to the office! We have a patio dog door, allowing dogs to spend time inside if they wish or to let themselves outside to sunbathe, chase squirrels or burn off any energy if home alone. Our home has a large, fully fenced backyard that everyone always has access to. In the summer we try to spend a lot of time back there relaxing, chasing bubbles and throwing the ball. We do have a hairless cat who typically stays in my sister's bedroom under the blankets. We make sure she has her safe space by not allowing even our dogs free access to her room and when we have new doggie friends, we typically put up an extra gate in the hall just to make sure everyone has their space.
About: I have been helping care for dogs since I was 10. I grew up with Dalmatians, dachshunds, black labs and Dobermans. To say I love dogs is an understatement. Our dachshund (16) recently passed away and my daughters and him were best friends! I am willing to go the extra mie and make your dog's stay a vacation and spend all day with them, I just expect to be fault comensated. Some dogs (+multiple dogs, cats ect.) require lots more attention than others. I find it very hard to work full time and pet/ house sit. As I am trying to move away from my other job and pet sit closer to full-time. I love animals but they are lots of work, as we know! Please be curtious and respectful of my time and love I show your pets. I am currently working part-time as a rideshare driver and am part-time student in grad school to get my masters in psychology. And back living at my parents house with a big yard in the basement to play in. When I am pet sitting I revolve my life around the needs of the pet and adapt my schedule to their potty breaks and eating habits. Like I said, I'm flexible and easygoing and luckily don't have too much on .y plate right now besides studying and private rides mostly at night! I have backup as well with my cousin who lives with me. Leashes all the time if they could get away or in public. I have a stand outside with a long leash for extended outside time but am usually just side-by-side the pet most of the time so they are in good eyes. Clean environment, no drugs, no partying, no garbage laying around. (I live with my parents currently in Montgomery, OH and they are on board as well as they love pets too!)

About: I have multiple years experience working in a doggy daycare, kennel, and shelter environment. I don't have a dog of my own quite yet, but I am working towards obtaining a certification in dog training. I worked for 5 years at a kennel, and my work there ranged from being a part of the doggy daycare in the back to customer service up front. In my time there I have become fairly knowledgeable on dog behavior, body language, etc. I have been lucky enough to care for more dogs than I could ever count, with personalities to match! They all hold a special place in my heart, and any dog under my care is treated how I would want my own pet treated. I can give baths too but am still saving up for some supplies needed to properly bathe long coated dogs (we’d have to do some sun bathing to get dry!)
