I can’t recommend Dianna enough! My dog is 15 years old and needs extra patience and attention, and Dianna took wonderful care of her. She was gentle, reliable, and made sure my pup was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated the updates and photos—it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. It’s not always easy leaving an older dog, but with Dianna, I felt completely at ease. I’ll definitely be booking again!
This was my first time using this app and service. I was a little nervous at first. I booked Jonalyn and she was amazing. I booked for my 2 dogs. We met before I booked. My dogs loved her right away. Amazing! Such sweet guys. They were patient and welcoming with my foster husky, who has some medical needs I was still figuring out. They were super accommodating and kept me updated with just the right amount of info and photos so I felt reassured but never stressed while I was away. I knew she was in good hands!

Jack proved to be a great communicator from the moment we requested his services for dog boarding. He requested a meet and greet before our booking which was a big green flag for us, and it made it much easier for us to leave our 60 lb staffy/rott mix with him about a week later! Whenever we were missing her, he quickly sent us photos and video and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip worry-free. We knew our dog had a great visit when she looked back at him to wistfully watch him return to his building after the goodbye, and she was completely herself when we brought her home as if she had just had her own little vacation.
