About: Hey, use my code for $20 off! https://www.rover.com/sit/mahdoa39338 About me? I'm a WFH freelancer, and can choose my own hours. This leaves me wide open to help you and your pets on a call/text! Why me? I have loved, house-trained, and cared for nearly 25 cats and dogs over 45lbs. Several of my pets in my household needed end of life care or special medical treatment, too, which means I had extra love to give and ease their comfort. I have petsit for friends, family, and my extended network for the past 10yrs, and supported many of them through their special and unique needs and care. So, here I am, making it an official hobby. Because I am a part-time WFH freelancer, I have the flexibility to be more available and attentive for you and your pets! I'm always available, and LOVE giving PAWgress reports - pupdates and daily* mews! Reports are always more than just "daily" - pet content is a vital necessity ❤️ In any care with any pet, I listen to their expressions and behaviors for both their and my security. In your home, I will follow your pet's natural safe spaces to make sure that both of us have time and space to know each other better, which doesn't disrupt their normal routine, and keeps us both comfortable and safe. It is important for me to always listen to your pet's and your needs and concerns, more than just for safety, but also fun! This means I will need information on your pet and your rules, expectations, and specific treatment and care.

“Sarah cared for our 2 cats with love and kindness. She followed all instructions and sent us updates with pics. We could just tell that our fur babies were happy in her care! Sarah was even very patient with our shy guy. Highly recommend and would love for her to drop in for us next time!”

About: I was a dog mom to my Pomeranian mix Bear for 12 years. I have experience taking care of senior dogs especially with health conditions. I know and understand the importance to give senior dogs their medications and taking them on walks but also giving them space. I have taken care of puppies for my family and friends and followed their crate training, tricks, and food intake. I’ve been doing Rover for 6 months and have gained experience of caring different dog breeds with different personalities and special care. As of April 2024, I will be going to the office every Wednesday and working from home Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. I do have a flexible schedule to go on longer walks with your dog and follow specific feeding times. There are no pets in my home but I have enough space for your dog to roam around comfortably. I have space for their crate if needed.

“Alec is great. He is responsible and always informed us of Ruby’s activities with written text and pictures. He apparently has a good knowledge of dogs and tried different ways to get Ruby to eat. Definitely will book Alec again.”

I do work Mondays through Thursdays, but I can work from home and can take care of the pets throughout the whole day. I am usually always home. I have a huge fenced in backyard. I like to keep things how you have them at home. I don’t usually crate the puppies at night, but if that’s where they feel safe then we can do that. Otherwise, they are more than welcome to sleep in the bed with me.

They also appreciate being given their own space when they don’t want to socialize I’m available mon-thurs from 6-8:30. Friday from 6-1. Sunday from 4-10. This helps ensure that I have time for my own pets as well as classes and work I walk my dogs every 3 hours for 20 minutes. I play with them whenever I get a moment. When they’re not sleeping with their mom, they’re sleeping with me on my bed

“We have been using Leah for drop in care on and off for about 4 months. (As needed) Prior to her first, visit she made the effort to reach out to me and stop by to meet the boys and go over routine etc. Since then she has been my consistent go to to take care of my crazy fur kids. Communication has been absolutely consistent and it’s clear she takes care of my boys rain or shine every time. Thankful to have found a new trusted person to have not only in my home, but more importantly with my two knuckleheads.”

About: Hi, I’m Raquel! I’ve been caring for dogs for over 13 years, and it’s truly something I love with all my heart. Whether it’s going for walks, hanging out at home, or keeping them company while you’re away, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I know how important it is to feel confident and relaxed when someone’s looking after your pup—that’s why I always go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy, safe, and well-loved. Big or small, shy or playful—I’ve got experience with all kinds of dogs, and I can’t wait to meet yours! Pet care fits perfectly into my weekly routine! I’m currently working just a few hours a week, which gives me plenty of time in the afternoons, early evenings, and on weekends to focus on caring for pets. My flexible schedule means I can be there when you need someone most—whether it’s daily walks, weekend stays, or last-minute check-ins. I love being able to spend quality time with dogs and make sure they’re happy, active, and well-loved while you’re away or at work. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—feeding times, walks, play, and any special instructions you provide. I have experience with senior dogs and understand the extra patience and gentleness they often need. I’m also comfortable giving medications (both oral and topical) and keeping an eye out for any signs of discomfort or changes in behavior. I’m respectful of your space, keep things clean, and make sure your pup gets plenty of attention and affection. My goal is to make them feel right at home, whether they’re with me or I’m staying with them!

About: I have grown up around dogs and cats am accustomed to adjusting to their personalities and needs. I’d love to help you out with caring for your pet! I am currently on the post-grad job hunt and have a lot of time on my hands. I am more inclined to morning, afternoon, and early evening jobs but I’m flexible! I take time to let the pet adjust to me and get to know me a little bit before going into their routine. I pay special attention any instructions, asking clarifying questions, and keep a watchful eye as i prepare any meals or walk out the door.

From the moment I met Kimberly, I knew she had a genuine passion and love for animals. Her warm and caring nature immediately put both Holly and me at ease. Throughout the time Kimberly spent with Holly, I witnessed her unwavering dedication, professionalism, and genuine affection for my furry companion. Kimberly consistently went above and beyond to ensure that Holly received the best possible care. She provided a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring Holly's physical and emotional well-being were always a top priority. Whether it was long walks in the park, engaging playtime, or ensuring Holly's dietary needs were met, Kimberly's attention to detail was truly remarkable. What impressed me the most about Kimberly was her ability to establish a deep bond with Holly. It was evident that Kimberly took the time to understand Holly's unique personality and catered to her individual needs. Under Kimberly's care, Holly thrived, and it was evident that she felt loved, secure, and happy. Not only was Kimberly an outstanding caregiver, but she also kept me regularly updated on Holly's activities and well-being.
