“Shamena and her family did an amazing job of caring for our pups! Jedi and Zelda were quickly acclimated and felt at home almost immediately. Shamena sent us daily pictures and videos of them exploring and receiving lots of cuddles with her family. She was quick to respond to any text messages or check-in's. Her children gave them lots of love and attention and were very patient and sweet. I love that Shamena was super proactive about learning their schedules and specific needs, as well as asked lots of questions to help understand how her family could provide the best care for them. They were also very flexible when we found out that our flight was canceled and faced the possibility of an additional day away. By far the best pet-sitting experience we have ever had! We will definitely use Shamena and her family again for future pet sitting.”

She was very responsive and incredibly flexible which allowed me to do a meet and greet the day before Omar’s scheduled drop off. She asked about anything unique about Omar she should be aware of which I appreciated very much. I was so thankful that she and her family were so welcoming towards him. I could tell he felt right at home which swept up any ounce of anxiety I had for being apart from him for the first time since this entire pandemic. She sent me photos and I could see he was in such good hands. It’s also great that Jessica and her kids are so personable too! Such a down-to-earth and genuinely caring family. I honestly have no idea how I got so lucky.”
