Tanya G.

“Tanya is a God sent! I feel so comfortable having her walking my dog and caring for my cats when I am away. She sent me the pictures (priceless), always make sure they have enough of food and water and that everything is right at the house. On my return everybody was doing wonderfully and they were better behaved than before. The price is reasonable and well worth the peace of mind.”

Kellie W.

“Kellie was amazing, I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pet services!”

About: I've taken care of pets of all kinds since I was a little girl--from dogs, to cats, to rabbits, to lizards, I have done it all! I have even lived the farm life and taken care of pigs, cows, goats, and ducks! Not only have I taken care of and loved my own precious pets, but I have also helped family and friends with their furry babies by feeding, walking, and playing with them. I pride myself on being able to make an instant connection with animals, and I am always that person at the party who is petting someone's pup or kitty cat. I work a regular 7-4 job M-F, so I am available for early morning and afternoon and evening care during the week. On weekends, I have an open availability! Because I work in education, I have holiday weeks and summers off, so I have open availability during those times as well. I believe our fur babies know and understand what we are saying to them, so your lovies will get lots of loving conversations along with active play and pets when I visit. My lap is never empty when I have pups and kitties around because I end up loving on them so much! I have a long furred baby of my own, so I understand how to comb and brush pets to keep their fur looking great. I also understand that our fur babies have occasional accidents, so I always make sure to clean up after my pet clients.

“I had an emergency and had to abruptly leave town. A friend of mine recommended Ms. Patter. I meet with Ms. Patter who was very polite and accomodating. My Beagles, Chip and Dale, instantly warmed up to Ms. Patter. She took excellent care of my dogs. I definitely recommend Ms. Patter.”

About: I have my own dog, Finn, for 2 years. I’ve walked and dog sat friends and families pets for over 10 years here and there. I grew up with animals and have always had a love for them. I treat my own dog and other that I have cared for with positive reinforcement ONLY. I will never hit, rub their face in their stool if they’re potty training, or use any device to punish an animal. I’ve strictly used positive reinforcement for my own dog and have had great results both with training and building a strong bond with each other. I carry treats (I would seek approval from pet owners before sharing) to easily positively reinforcement animals on walks, potty breaks, and training. I have my own supply of doggy poop bags and extra leashes if necessary. My ultimate goal in life is to (have a house, car, job, blah blah,) save, heal, and foster/own dogs. I would love nothing more than to have the funds and availability to rescue dogs either from the shelter or streets. Alas, I am just getting started in my journey, so caring for dogs in this way is what I can do for now. I am currently an online student studying health sciences with MGCCC. Because I am an online student, my availability is open and very flexible. After December, I will have even more availability because I will have completed my last class for this semester. In my own home: I live in a gated community apartment building. I take my dog on walks on his harness and leash. He is only allowed off leash in the doggy play pin, which is conveniently right in front of my apartment building. In clients home: How I care for dogs in a clients home is greatly reliant upon the pet owners request. Though, I will never do anything to put a dog in harms way. If a walk is requested, the dog will stay on leash. If the pet owner has a fenced in yard for playing, then obviously the dog can be off leash unless requested otherwise by the pet owner. If the poet owner lives in an apartment building, then I will abide by all rules of both the pet owner and apartment complex. Food and water is something I will abide by according to the pet owner. Although I leave my dogs food out, I know many people who feed their dogs at certain times and will abide by that schedule.

About: I have always had animals of all kinds and have helped in the care of pets of family, friends since I was a kid. I have 10 years of paid experience and have references upon request. I always have ¨Meet & Greets¨ before the date of booking to ensure everyone is comfortable. I am able to be flexible with scheduling as long as communication is there because life happens and can throw us curve balls sometimes, but again I can be flexible I have a nice fenced in back yard with lots of room to play, I do have 3 outside cats that sometimes come inside. Children to give good cuddles. My neighbor has an older dog, there is a chain length fence all the way around and she is pretty laid back.

Madeleine V.
“Madeleine watched my two cats for me while I was away for a long weekend, and I could not recommend her enough!! She is attentive, kind, gentle, and patient with your fur babies, and will take the time to love on them/get to know them. I received updates with pictures while I was away so I knew everything was going well. I truly appreciated her services and will be using her for my next trip if she is available!!”

Rebekah G.

About: I grew up in a multiple dog household, and now as an adult I have a multiple dog household. I am all animal friendly and I love having the chance to love on every furry animal I possibly can. I don’t like the idea of putting a dog in a doggy boarding place where they have to stay in a kennel all day which is why I am opening up my home to allow your animals to get the love they need and have the freedom of not being stuck in a kennel all day and night. I’ve done dogsitting before for past neighbors as well as a few dogs with special dietary and medical needs. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

Jessica B.
“Jessica has watched my shorkie, Gracie, many times for us. She has been great checking on her, giving her extra attention when we are gone, and always making sure she has plenty of food and water. Gracie gets so excited to see her, so I know she truly does a great job!”

Carlos C.
“I truly recommend Carlos to attend your dogs, he used to take care my Scottish Terrier "Drako" without any trouble at all, everything very good!”

About: I’ve had a Bassett hound for 5 years ago and we added a Labrador Retriever 2 years ago. I love these dogs more than anything and would do whatever for them. I work full time, go to school part time online and I’m a single mother full time. This is why I’d only be able to do weekends, I am available during the week if you’re okay with your pet being in the kennel while I’m at work. I work from 6:30-3:30 Monday - Friday. Sometimes getting off early Fridays. If I have your pets during the week I don’t mind coming home for lunch and checking on them. I have a fenced in back yard as well as my two fur babies to play with. My daughter also loves playing with animals as well. I do have a jogging stroller and love to go on runs with my daughter and our lab so a walk is not a problem. Our backyard is a little tore up from our lab but we are trying to plant grass for the dogs at the moment.

About: I have a lifetime of experience with dogs. Growing up we raised and bred show Keshonds, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. I prefer not to crate any pet and will only do so if you are training and it is at your request. I have a large property to walk, a small dog park on property and a beautiful beach to stroll. I have a 5 yr old chocolate lab mix, an 80lb baby! He loves dogs and children and often forgets that he is a dog. I am a stay at home housewife which allows me a lot of flexibility to accommodate your schedule. I have recently found myself in need of a sitter and was beyond stressed with the lack of options and the high cost involved and would very much enjoy easing that burden for another pet parent.
