About: After retiring as an Assistant Superintendent, I found myself looking for the perfect way to stay active, connected, and fulfilled—and caring for dogs turned out to be exactly that. I’m a lifelong animal lover with a soft spot for four-legged companions of all sizes and personalities. I’ve spent my life surrounded by animals and currently wear many proud titles: dog mom to a 90-pound lovable Labrador, doggy grandma to a black Lab, a Dachshund mix, four beagles, and even a black cat. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and I’ve gained years of hands-on experience through family and close friends. I genuinely enjoy walking dogs, spending quality time with them, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’m comfortable providing necessary medications once proper instructions are given, and I always prioritize each pet’s routine and well-being. For safety and personal reasons, I do not care for animals in households that also have snakes or other reptiles. About: On walks, I’ve been known to smile at dogs yet frown at the owners. Not really, but it’s true that seeing pets on walks is my motivation for doing them in the first place. I only have one little pupper (Bella) who is 14 years old! Although she has the energy of a toddler, the way she follows me into any room any time I’m in the house is something I’ll miss when she’s gone. We take walks daily, and I’m careful not to over feed her or harm her in any way. About: I have had all sorts of animals throughout life. Currently I have a 7 year old German Shepard and a 2 year old miniature poodle. I also have a duck, goose, and about 40 chickens. I am new to this site. Be my first client 💜🐶 I am currently able to sit at your home which is less stressful for your fur babies. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
