“So grateful to have Jena stop by and give my dog Waylon a walk. She was so attentive and even though I only needed 1 dog walked, she took the time to hang around and ensure my other dog was taken care of. Her pictures were really great as well! ??”

About: I've taken care of pets of all kinds since I was a little girl--from dogs, to cats, to rabbits, to lizards, I have done it all! I have even lived the farm life and taken care of pigs, cows, goats, and ducks! Not only have I taken care of and loved my own precious pets, but I have also helped family and friends with their furry babies by feeding, walking, and playing with them. I pride myself on being able to make an instant connection with animals, and I am always that person at the party who is petting someone's pup or kitty cat. I work a regular 7-4 job M-F, so I am available for early morning and afternoon and evening care during the week. On weekends, I have an open availability! Because I work in education, I have holiday weeks and summers off, so I have open availability during those times as well. I believe our fur babies know and understand what we are saying to them, so your lovies will get lots of loving conversations along with active play and pets when I visit. My lap is never empty when I have pups and kitties around because I end up loving on them so much! I have a long furred baby of my own, so I understand how to comb and brush pets to keep their fur looking great. I also understand that our fur babies have occasional accidents, so I always make sure to clean up after my pet clients.

“I had an emergency and had to abruptly leave town. A friend of mine recommended Ms. Patter. I meet with Ms. Patter who was very polite and accomodating. My Beagles, Chip and Dale, instantly warmed up to Ms. Patter. She took excellent care of my dogs. I definitely recommend Ms. Patter.”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a little girl on my family's farm. My husband and I have had dogs our entire life. I have had experience with many breeds of dogs over the years. Our current dog Max is prone to grand-mal seizures and that has made me highly capable of handling any situation that might occur. Our pets are members of our family. I am comfortable with all kinds of dogs. I will adhere to their regular schedule of feeding and sleep routines to keep a sense of normalcy while their owners are gone. You dogs will be a little spoiled upon your return! I have my own Petsitting business so I’m home a lot and able to care for them promptly if any situation arises or they are just lonely. We have a fenced in area of our backyard. All pets are never left unattended outside. All dogs are always walked on a leash in our backyard, around our lake or thru out our quiet, safe neighborhood. I send pictures and updates thru out the visits to ensure you feel comfortable being away from your baby

I always have ¨Meet & Greets¨ before the date of booking to ensure everyone is comfortable. Children to give good cuddles. My neighbor has an older dog, there is a chain length fence all the way around and she is pretty laid back.

About: I grew up in a multiple dog household, and now as an adult I have a multiple dog household. I am all animal friendly and I love having the chance to love on every furry animal I possibly can. I don’t like the idea of putting a dog in a doggy boarding place where they have to stay in a kennel all day which is why I am opening up my home to allow your animals to get the love they need and have the freedom of not being stuck in a kennel all day and night. I’ve done dogsitting before for past neighbors as well as a few dogs with special dietary and medical needs. If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

Carlos C.
“I truly recommend Carlos to attend your dogs, he used to take care my Scottish Terrier "Drako" without any trouble at all, everything very good!”

Elen B.
“Elen is the most amazing dog sitter we’ve ever had!! Whiskey, our Maltese, absolutely loves her! She even makes these cute pumpkin treats that are Whiskey’s favorite! Elen’s home has a lovely and spacious, fenced in yard so Whiskey has plenty of room to play and chase the squirrels! He gets so excited when we drop him off with her and I know he’s well taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs a doggy sitter!”

My flexibility is part-time, but I do plan on working as a sitter full-time. I am a college student, so I will need time for school. About: I have my own dog, Finn, for 2 years. I’ve walked and dog sat friends and families pets for over 10 years here and there. I grew up with animals and have always had a love for them. I treat my own dog and other that I have cared for with positive reinforcement ONLY. I will never hit, rub their face in their stool if they’re potty training, or use any device to punish an animal. I’ve strictly used positive reinforcement for my own dog and have had great results both with training and building a strong bond with each other. I carry treats (I would seek approval from pet owners before sharing) to easily positively reinforcement animals on walks, potty breaks, and training. I have my own supply of doggy poop bags and extra leashes if necessary. My ultimate goal in life is to (have a house, car, job, blah blah,) save, heal, and foster/own dogs. I would love nothing more than to have the funds and availability to rescue dogs either from the shelter or streets. Alas, I am just getting started in my journey, so caring for dogs in this way is what I can do for now. I am currently an online student studying health sciences with MGCCC. Because I am an online student, my availability is open and very flexible. After December, I will have even more availability because I will have completed my last class for this semester. In my own home: I live in a gated community apartment building. I take my dog on walks on his harness and leash. He is only allowed off leash in the doggy play pin, which is conveniently right in front of my apartment building. In clients home: How I care for dogs in a clients home is greatly reliant upon the pet owners request. Though, I will never do anything to put a dog in harms way. If a walk is requested, the dog will stay on leash. If the pet owner has a fenced in yard for playing, then obviously the dog can be off leash unless requested otherwise by the pet owner. If the poet owner lives in an apartment building, then I will abide by all rules of both the pet owner and apartment complex. Food and water is something I will abide by according to the pet owner. Although I leave my dogs food out, I know many people who feed their dogs at certain times and will abide by that schedule.

“I was a travel nurse with one Pitbull mix named Souin and a kitty named Boo who were unable to travel with me in 2014. I feel like the most fortunate person alive to have found Katelyn Ashley at that time. There was never an awkward moment when I met her in person. Souie and Boo came right to her and after more than six years of her caring for them when I was away, I often felt that they preferred her over myself. No jealousy there. Just the most comforting feeling in the world to know with all my heart that they were cared for completely and loved dearly by Katelyn. Unfortunately Boo and precious Souin have passed away or they would still be in her care today. She is 100% trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and a pet magnet! I could tell hundreds of stories and show dozens of photos as examples of these attributes in her. Just know I never had a moments worry when my babies were in her care. She gave meds, groomed, gave baths, and sent cute and funny pictures when I was away. Always bringing a smile to my face!”

About: I treat your dog as my owner personnal baby!!! Weather a night or a week...your pup will think they are on vacation with my dog door and fenced yard. All I ask is you bring food and any bed or kennel that they may need! I am self employed and do not work set hours so I’m in and out any given day. My Aussie Darcy loves everyone and loves meeting new friends! I also provide daily home visits depending on driving distance! I can provide in home night care but will need to be arranged ahead of time by at least 7 days. All rates vary based on specific needs and wishes and number of animals! About: I’ve cared for my own fur babies, friends, and family’s fur babies since I was a teen. I’m here to provide services that will give you peace of mind while you’re away at work or out of town. I’ll ensure your fur babies feel as loved as ever and will be taken care of like my own. I’ll have open communication and express any concerns or questions I may have. I am a stay at home mom to two. I am currently in school Mon-Wed. I am available to care for your fur babies Thursday-Sunday. I am not currently available to board any animals at the time. I will ensure to walk your pups on a route that is safe for them keeping their paws safe from the heat and/or within your own fenced yard, or as requested (with some limitations). I do not provide any training but I will ensure your dog’s safety and well-being is my top priority.

About: I have a lifetime of experience with dogs. Growing up we raised and bred show Keshonds, Alaskan Malamutes and Siberian Huskies. I prefer not to crate any pet and will only do so if you are training and it is at your request. I have a large property to walk, a small dog park on property and a beautiful beach to stroll. I have a 5 yr old chocolate lab mix, an 80lb baby! He loves dogs and children and often forgets that he is a dog. I am a stay at home housewife which allows me a lot of flexibility to accommodate your schedule. I have recently found myself in need of a sitter and was beyond stressed with the lack of options and the high cost involved and would very much enjoy easing that burden for another pet parent.

My journey into pet care began at the age of 10, and ever since, I've been devoted to ensuring the happiness and well-being of our furry companions. Over the years, I've developed a strong connection with dogs of all breeds and sizes, enriching their lives through engaging walks, nourishing meals, and invigorating baths.
