“I had a spur of the moment work trip (AGAIN!), and Lindsey was both kind enough to come visit my little Miss again and extend the booking when I found I had to be away longer. Greatly appreciate her!”

“Michele is such a blessing! We got luckier than we could have hoped for. Hired for just a drop in and she went above and beyond! Working with and walking Pepper. We saw improvement already and it was all done bc Michele is just so kind. Would recommend to absolutely anyone. Just as long as she still has time for our pup, because she became pepper’s best friend in just a few visits!”

“Claudia went above and beyond for my cats while I was away for my birthday vacation. She communicated during the stay and sent pictures of my babies. I felt that my cats and home were safe with Claudia!”

“This was my first time leaving my cat alone with anyone other than myself, so I was extremely nervous but Shauna was amazing! Instantly made me feel comfortable and I loved the report card aspect Rover offers. I came back after a little under a week and Seraphine was as happy as can be. Will be rebooking for my next trip for sure 🩷”

“Karen was dependable, thorough, and went beyond in trying to get to know our kitties. Having just moved to the area, they were hesitant with a “stranger in a strange place!” Would recommend her!”

“Ashley has always been great with my puppies. They are hard to handle and full of energy, and yet she somehow manages great photos and videos of them while keeping them entertained. She follows all special instructions to the letter, and she is always on time. Can’t say enough about how much my puppies love her visits!”

“Brittney was a great dog sitter! She let my dog out for me at night and the morning and fed her. My dog was super excited to see her and they had a great time. I would definitely book her again if I ever need help, i recommend her to anyone that needs someone to watch their dogs!”

“Hollie was amazing! I had her drop in on my cat a few times during the week when I was gone, and she did such a good job! She made sure he had food, water, and a clean litter box according to the instructions I gave. My cat can be a little skittish around new people, especially when I’m not there, but she was patient with him and won him over so that he was his affectionate self to her by the second visit! I really appreciated the time she took to let my cat come to her on his own terms and didn’t force anything. She sent multiple pictures and videos during the visit so I could see how he was doing and reacting to her. I highly recommend her and will book again in the future when I need another cat sitter!”

“Rebecca stepped in at the last minute and saved my weekend. I loved the pictures, they showed me Crowley was well taken care of by Rebecca.”

“So thoughtful and thorough!”

“Sherri is fantastic! She was so great with last-minute communications and was easily the most loving and interactive sitter with our dogs. We are in the middle of a cross-country move, as well as out-of-state graduations and events, and our house and lives are absolute chaos. Sherri was just so chill with it all and went above and beyond!”

“Kayla is very flexible and punctual. She stayed up all night with my boy to make sure he didn’t get to his stitches after getting fixed. She was super sweet and kept me updated.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 12! I am great with training puppies and very good at handling any situation! My friends and neighbors always recommend me to those looking for pet-sitting, training, bathing, and anything else a dog needs. I’m very involved with online forums in regard to health and care of animals. I just love to care for all dogs :) I’m currently on leave from my teaching job so I am extremely available! I can be there for your pet as much as you need me to be :) I have a fenced yard and a sweet mini poodle mix to keep your pets company! I am able to crate your pet and walk them as well. I can brush fur/hair and teeth if need be too! Just name it and I’ll do it!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, and caring for them has always been second nature to me. I have experience with pets of all ages—from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra love and support in their final years. I’ve walked, trained, and played with my animals daily, and I understand the unique needs of both dogs and cats. Whether it’s giving medications, providing gentle care to elderly pets, or keeping high-energy pups engaged, I treat every pet like family. I’m a college student home for the summer with lots of free time to devote to pet care! I’m taking a few classes at the local community college, but my schedule is very flexible outside of that. I’m available most days and love having the time to walk, play with, and care for pets throughout the week. Pet sitting fits perfectly into my routine, and I’m excited to spend my extra time doing something I genuinely enjoy. I always make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I can walk, play with, feed, and give medication to your pets as needed. I follow any specific routines or instructions you provide to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. I’m also available for overnight stays to keep your pet company and maintain their normal routine. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority!

About: My love for animals started very young and I have never NOT had at least one dog in my life. From an early age, I assisted my mom, who raised Golden Retrievers. I had my own dog by the time I was 10, who live to the ripe age of 15 before she passed on. When I moved to Austin in 2008, I adopted my first personal dog within a few weeks. Shortly after, I became aware of and started volunteering for a local rescue. I eventually worked for them as an adoption counselor, while simultaneously getting more structured training through Petco’s Canine Education program. Since then, I have furthered my training experience through attending a variety of seminars and training schools, as well as working for three prestigious dog training companies in Austin and Seattle. I am a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, Pet Tech certified, and currently work part time in a veterinary clinic - I have seen and done a lot when it comes to caring for your animals! I am comfortable and confident in dealing with many behavioral difficulties, dispensing medications, and handling emergency situations. I have now been working professionally with dogs for a little over seventeen years and I couldn’t be happier! I have had hands on experience, in rescue, fostering, and training, with several thousand dogs, of all different sizes, breeds, temperaments, and behavior problems. I became a dog trainer in order to aid and educate owners on how to solve behavior problems, in order to have a happier, more satisfied and harmonious life with their pets. Dogs are my passion and I firmly believe that a well trained dog, is a happy, confident dog - which makes a happy owner - so your dog may learn a thing or two during their stay with me! I just moved back to Austin and do odd jobs, so my schedule is very flexible. My personal dogs get 3-4 walks in our south Austin neighborhood per day and go to the park often. They're senior dogs so at this point, activity is limited, but I love getting out and about myself. In my apartment, dogs can be kenneled or loose, depending on your preference. One of my dogs is kenneled for safety when I leave, the other two are not. I am happy to use whatever leash/harness/collar combo you prefer on walks or drop in visits.

20. Danielle K.
“We have two litter mate Akitas who can be very hard to manage. Our dogs boarded with Danielle for three days and two nights. Since this was our first time leaving them we were beyond nervous to leave the babies of the family. Throughout our trip we called periodically to check on the two, and it was so easy to call Danielle and get ahold of her, and she would give us updates on how the two were doing. ! She put our nervous mind at ease. Upon return of the two they were happy and more behaved them when we left them! It's a great feeling to know that your fur babies will be well taken care of. We are planning a longer family trip and are planning to leave our fur babies with danielle once again. I would definitely reccomed Danielle for taking care of your fur babies.”
