About: I've owned to dogs in the spanned of 12 years. Both 100 plus pounds, I've also worked with medium size breeds and toy breeds. I also own exotic and cats. “Laila looked after our senior cat, Ozy, for just over two weeks while we were away, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we had our meet and greet before leaving to when we dropped him off, we really felt peace of mind. Lalia was warm, calm, and kind. She kept in touch with us almost every day, sending updates, photos, and little notes about how he was doing. It wasn’t just the updates that meant so much, it was the way she noticed the small things too. It really showed how tuned in she was to him. As owners of an older cat who needs a little more attention and care, this was hugely reassuring. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond. She didn’t just meet his basic needs — she gave him genuine affection, time, and attention as if he were her own. She created a calm, comfortable environment for him with more space and freedom than we had even imagined he’d have, and she made sure he had company and cuddles at night too. That meant the world to us. We could tell when we picked him up that he’d been truly cared for. He was calm, content, and totally at home — not stressed or anxious like he’s been after past stays elsewhere. It was clear he’d been loved while we were gone something that thank you can never be enough for.”
“Grey and his partner were wonderful. My dog was well cared for and loved, and I already booked her next visit with them. My dog doesn't need special accommodations, but they were prepared for extra time, yard time (she loved that), sleep on furniture, etc. They also communicated well for meet/greet, drop off, pick up, and the times they were in the house - with pictures. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”
