Samuel has been incredibly patient, taking the time to meet with them multiple times and working at their pace to help them feel safe and comfortable, especially knowing he’ll be pet sitting for a full week. He has been gracious, calm, and understanding in every interaction, and his positive outlook toward the dogs—even with their standoffish nature—has meant so much to me. It’s clear he truly cares about animals and understands their individual needs.
