About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been a pet owner for my entire life, and I've always had a love for animals. Since launching my Rover business in 2022, I have boarded all different breeds of dog from dachshund to poodle, and cavalier spaniel to every color of lab. I have also boarded several cats and I've done house visits to cat sit. My dog clients don't have to worry about conflict with another dog because I only take one booking at a time. My cat clients will never have to worry about a dog being in the house at the same time I accept a cat booking. Taking one client at a time also enables me to provide top notch care, attention and lots of love (and playtime too!) I always allow dogs to eat their meals with the family in the kitchen and hang around the main part of the house. I also have a big yard I can let them run in, and a neighborhood for walks. For cat clients I have a setup in the finished basement (I call it the Kitty Club Room) with several litter boxes that I scoop daily and a couple of feeding areas. All of my furry friends are welcome to the main part of the house once they acclimate. Business hours: Pet Drop Off: 8am-2pm (any day) Pet Pick Up: 8am-6pm (any day) Thank you for considering me for your dog and cat sitting needs! I'm a stay at home mom (children are school aged and accustomed to animals), so I'm usually home, aside from running errands. In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home. Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Both places offer excellent hiking and walking options for dogs!

For in-house visits I will make sure your pet is not stressed while you are not home and make sure they are engaged with toys and treats in order to make sure they are comfortable with me in the house. I am also comfortable administering any medications your pet may need. I am available throughout the day starting at 7am until 5pm Monday-Friday. I can be there after you leave your home for the day, pop in midday, and if you are running late, I can help! I grew up with a number of dogs, cats, horses, and chickens so I am familiar with letting pets out in a fenced in yard, taking them for a walk in the park, car rides, and simply walking around the neighborhood.

I have watched family dogs, and friends dogs both in the comfort of my own home and gone to spend the night at their houses. I’ve also trained my own dogs throughout the years, including potty training, simple commands, and crate training. I am currently working part-time at my job and stay home with my son. I am mainly home except for the weekends. And on the weekends, my husband will be home to help out. I have a fenced in yard and currently only have one dog of my own who is super friendly and very energetic so she will exercise your dog in our front yard.
