In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Since launching my Rover business in 2022, I have boarded all different breeds of dog from dachshund to poodle, and cavalier spaniel to every color of lab. My cat clients will never have to worry about a dog being in the house at the same time I accept a cat booking. I always allow dogs to eat their meals with the family in the kitchen and hang around the main part of the house. I also have a big yard I can let them run in, and a neighborhood for walks. For cat clients I have a setup in the finished basement (I call it the Kitty Club Room) with several litter boxes that I scoop daily and a couple of feeding areas. All of my furry friends are welcome to the main part of the house once they acclimate.
