About: My husband and I were both raised with dogs. I also worked at a vet clinic in the past and learned a great deal about cats and dogs from my experience there. Additionally, my husband was raised on his family's sheep farm. The farm had sheep along with alpacas, chickens, cats, and dogs. I worked on their farm for about 3 years when we lived there while saving for a home of our own. We have a small friendly Yorkshire Terrier. We also have a 5-year-old who loves animals of any kind. Kid-friendly pets only please :) We live on a 2-acre lot with plenty of room for your fur baby to play. We keep a close eye on any animals in the yard for their safety as our yard is not fenced in however our house is off the road. Our house is pet friendly. Since launching my Rover business in 2022, I have boarded all different breeds of dog from dachshund to poodle, and cavalier spaniel to every color of lab. My dog had an uncharacteristic accident (pee) over night and Ana handled this without issue or frustration. She helped Oakleys settle in and feel comfortable so this didn’t happen again!”
“Jim provided excellent care for my pup. I really appreciated his availability when my previous boarding arrangements fell through at the last minute. My pup is a finicky eater and Jim kept me up to date on her feeding habits and asked permission to add tempting meat to her food to entice her. She loves to run at full speed, so his fenced property was ideal. Jim also communicated with me as well as provided plenty of photos during her stay and a video of her socializing at playtime. “Rebecca and her husband were fantastic! I have a 7r old female Labrador retriever that is quite anxious and easily panicked. I had her shipped up to Pennsylvania from Texas when i had to move and i needed a place for her to stay while I was out of town. From the moment I booked with them, they were in constant contact and reassurance of her well-being. She stayed with them for about a weeks worth of boarding. I had constant updates through photos and videos multiple times daily. They were both so kind and live in a great neighborhood. They did everything they could to accommodate her to the best of their ability, even went as far as giving her chicken when she wouldn’t eat her food! These folks are a gem in the dog boarding community, and you would be lucky to book with them! They really love and care for animals and treat your pet as if it were their own! I will be using them again anytime I need a sitter for my dog Maddie!”
