In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. We are considering adopting a dog to keep our chickens safe from predators and to be a hiking companion in our travels. I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling parent. My schedule is very flexible. My days include educating my daughters ages 11 and 13 and running a small homestead of a few chickens, bees, and a cat. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home. Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Both places offer excellent hiking and walking options for dogs!

About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goats, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, fish, pigs, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently working 3-4 days during the week at my main job as a Dental Assistant, as well as working a few hours every Sunday AM at a yoga studio. I am also a part time college student studying Dental Hygiene as well as on my way to becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Currently that looks like Monday/Wednesday AM I am in class from 9am-11am, Friday from 12pm-5pm and Saturday from 9am-4pm I am at my other class (which ends the first week of September 2026). I will try to update this as often as needed. I marked Fridays off for now but I can be flexible with scheduling around work and school as much as I can. I typically work Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at my main job but the hours vary as early as 7am to as late as 8pm. Sometimes I will get scheduled Wednesday when needed but it's not often. Any questions on availability or time feel free to message me! If you are flexible with schedules it helps out alot too! I also have my own pets at home which is why I currently don't offer overnights as he has separation anxiety if I'm not home at night. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I'll make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water, the right amount of food, nothing is left out for them to get into or chew up, and cleaned litterboxes! I believe in treating your pet like my own and providing the utmost care and respect for both them and your home.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 7. I am currently trusted to watch over my families’ pets when I’m needed. I’ve always loved having fur babies by my side to care for and make happy. I have a part time job, school, and college classes to attend. I do have a handful of free time in between or on certain days. I’m free most Sundays and Fridays between 11:00-9. Mondays anytime between 2:30-9. Thursdays anytime between 1:30-9. In any clients home I would like to understand the boundaries of me being in the home. As well as and the boundaries of your animal! Both of which are helpful so all parties are comfortable and aware.

About: I’ve lived with and helped care for dogs since I can remember, and cats for the past decade now. I truly believe that our pets are a part of our family, and will bring that approach and belief with me into your homes. In the past 10 years I have helped raise 4 dogs and 4 cats, as well as caring for an elderly dog requiring special care. I hold a passion for animal safety and care, and believe that will show in my work. In our household I am an active participant in pet care. Typically I am involved in feeding both cats and dogs, taking dogs outside as needed, helping clean litter boxes as needed, etc; most often on a daily basis. About: My very first job was caring for my neighbors' dogs and cats while they were away on vacation. I was just 10 years old, and I'm so grateful they trusted me with their pets. That experience not only taught me responsibility but also sparked a lifelong passion for pet sitting. I've always been a dog lover and grew up with two dogs in my home at all times. I have watched family dogs, and friends dogs both in the comfort of my own home and gone to spend the night at their houses. I’ve also trained my own dogs throughout the years, including potty training, simple commands, and crate training. I am currently working part-time at my job and stay home with my son. I am mainly home except for the weekends. And on the weekends, my husband will be home to help out. I have a fenced in yard and currently only have one dog of my own who is super friendly and very energetic so she will exercise your dog in our front yard. She loves to cuddle and she is crate trained. I also have an extra crate in case dogs need to be created for whatever reason.

I have been a proud pet owner for nearly 20 years, and have had the pleasure of caring for several dogs on this site - each with its own personality. I have a Westie, who loves playing with other dogs - big or small. I will be gentle but firm with your pet. Your dog will get a daily walk on the Delaware Canal, a nearby quiet country road, or for a treat, the dog park. I also have a fenced-in outdoor area where he or she can wander. I can play ball with your dog or tug-o-war. Your dog can wander freely in my house and can sleep where he or she feels comfortable. I do work 8 to 4 weekdays but have all federal and state holidays off. My uncle is here to supervise when I am at work. I have a fenced-in side yard for dogs to exercise and get fresh air. Pets will be monitored at all times to ensure their safety

About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been a pet owner for my entire life, and I've always had a love for animals. Since launching my Rover business in 2022, I have boarded all different breeds of dog from dachshund to poodle, and cavalier spaniel to every color of lab. I have also boarded several cats and I've done house visits to cat sit. My dog clients don't have to worry about conflict with another dog because I only take one booking at a time. My cat clients will never have to worry about a dog being in the house at the same time I accept a cat booking. Taking one client at a time also enables me to provide top notch care, attention and lots of love (and playtime too!) I always allow dogs to eat their meals with the family in the kitchen and hang around the main part of the house. I also have a big yard I can let them run in, and a neighborhood for walks. For cat clients I have a setup in the finished basement (I call it the Kitty Club Room) with several litter boxes that I scoop daily and a couple of feeding areas. All of my furry friends are welcome to the main part of the house once they acclimate. Business hours: Pet Drop Off: 8am-2pm (any day) Pet Pick Up: 8am-6pm (any day) Thank you for considering me for your dog and cat sitting needs! I'm a stay at home mom (children are school aged and accustomed to animals), so I'm usually home, aside from running errands. I have plenty of time in my schedule to work in dog walks, playtime, scooping litter boxes feeding/kibble clean ups and attention. Large fenced yard with distance from neighbors - dogs are only allowed out on a leash or a long lead. Large finished basement for the cats plus open access (if they're feeling adventurous) to the rest of the house which is a 2800 square foot custom colonial.

About: Hi everyone! I am a very reliable and trustworthy person. I’ve always had pets my whole life. I’m a huge animal lover with 1 dog and 2 cats. I’ve had experience of watching my own animals and caring for other peoples animals by walking them, feeding them, spending time with them and more! I have a full time job. I am available all week after work starting at 4:30 and all day on the weekends/whenever you need me :) I take my dogs on walks and play with him and my 2 cats. I make sure they’re active and give them all the love in the world and I will do the same for any pet I’m responsible for!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for a total of 5 years. I volunteered at an animal shelter to take care of cats, and worked for a few months taking care of dogs. I have also dog sat for friends when they went away and didn't have any issues. I have 2 dogs, one I got in January 2022 (chapo) and the other (pablo) in March 2022. Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. I want everyone to be aware that I work full time and can be available in the mornings Sunday-Wednesday’s. I am free all day every other Wednesday. I am available all day Thursday-Saturday. I am more than happy to dog sit overnight/in the morning before i go to work. I will work with you so we can make sure your little one (or big one) is cared for! I am available on most weekends. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. Pablo is in his crate when I am at work. He likes going outside but not a huge fan. I will care for your pet however you would like since its your fur baby!
