Hi! I'm happy to offer experienced, compassionate pet care in my historic, country home. My large, securely fenced yard (4 ft) is located on a quiet private lane that fronts the Delaware Canal and borders conserved farm land. I am a life-long pet owner, pet rescuer, Canine First Aid & CPR certified, and proud to have been foster dad to 45+ rescue dogs of all sizes, ages & personalities. 🐶 In-My-Home Doggie B&B: I would be honored to care for your fur-babies while you're away and treat each one as I do my own beloved pets. In advance, let's discuss your pet's dietary needs, feeding schedule, prescriptions or herbal remedies. We also looking forward to hearing about their fave toys, habits, schedules and more! I will feed according to your schedule, provide any necessary medications per schedule and offer oodles of play time & personal attention. Your pet(s) is welcome to relax on the couch and/or the plethora of dog beds -- wherever they are most comfortable! I'll ensure that your pets are in good overall health and spirits, send cute pics of your fur-babies each day and provide daily care updates. 🐶 In-My-Home Doggie Day Camp: Is your dog getting the attention & socialization they need while you’re away during the day? Treat your dog to fun days and bring home a happy pooch! Doggie Day Camp is designed to improve your pup’s quality of life in a safe, caring environment. I will provide daily care updates, send cute pics each day and ensure that your pup(s) are in great spirits! The In-My-Home services listed above are the perfect options for small & medium dogs that are dog & cat friendly, spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. My large, securely fenced yard (4 ft) is located on a quiet private lane that fronts the Delaware Canal and borders conserved farmland - the perfect place for the pups to run around and play their hearts out. My clients appreciate that their pup(s) gets to experience lots of socialization during their stay! In addition to In-My-Home Pet Care, I also offer the following pet care services: 🦮 Dog Walking: I'm happy to walk & exercise your dog(s) in your neighborhood, local park or along the towpath - wherever your designate as their fave spot! I'll send an update & cute pics of your pup(s) at the end of each walk. Perfect option for dog(s) of all sizes who enjoy daily exercise! 🐶 🐱 🐔 Drop-In Care Visits: I'm happy to visit with you dog(s), cat(s), chickens and/or other farm animals at your home for feedings, fresh water, litter box cleanings, playtime, socialization, meds if needed & more at the cadence of your choosing (1-3 daily visits). ⛑️ SAFETY MEASURES Large, securely fenced yard (4 ft) is located on a quiet private lane that fronts the Delaware Canal and borders conserved farm land. Front door opens up to a large covered porch with it's own gate, which serves as a secondary safety barrier (similar to double entry gates you might see in a dog park). There is central air conditioning for hot summer days and I only use natural products when cleaning our house. No pesticides are used in the yard so it is safe for dogs and chickens, as well as wildlife!
Pets
A typical day
We play frisbee, chase tennis balls or even go for a swim if your pup is a swimmer! If your pup is well-behaved on-leash, we can also take walks on the beautiful Delaware Canal towpath. Is your pup more of a couch potato? No problem - my couch is their couch!
