From Great Dane to a small terrier!
Hello! My name is Katerina. I have experience with small and large breeds. Growing up, our family had a Great Dane! In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. We are considering adopting a dog to keep our chickens safe from predators and to be a hiking companion in our travels.

Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Both places offer excellent hiking and walking options for dogs!

This is the second time Katerina & Seth have taken care of Leo, and I truly couldn’t recommend them more. They are incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely treat Leo like he’s part of their family. One of my favorite things is seeing how much fun Leo has with their daughters and the whole family. It’s obvious he’s not just being watched, he’s being loved and included. The best feeling as a pet owner is picking up your dog and seeing how relaxed, happy, and at peace they are, and that’s exactly how Leo is every time. Knowing he’s in such caring hands gives me complete peace of mind whenever I’m away. Thank you both for taking such amazing care of Leo! We’ll definitely be back.
Katerina & Seth were AMAZING. She provided constant updates and tons of pictures. Even though we couldn't really answer as we were traveling out of the country, she still made sure we got our updates. Our pup absolutely adored them, and went above and beyond of drop in visits! I will recommend them to everyone and 100% use again !

Schedule
I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling parent. My schedule is very flexible. My days include educating my daughters ages 11 and 13 and running a small homestead of a few chickens, bees, and a cat. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home.
