About: I have always had a dog in my life from a Chihuahua for 17 years to a golden doodle. I love animals. I work from home so your dog will always be with me. I have a fence backyard. I will be sure to give as much attention to your dog as needed and follow your pet sitting instructions as well as send daily pics. I work from home and I have a fence backyard so I am able to let your dog outside as much as needed. I am also able to feed as much as needed and play with the dog as much as needed. You can count on me to show up on time, stay prepared, and make your dog’s day I’m currently a student enrolled in an online master’s program, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available to work mornings through evenings, Monday through Friday and Sundays. Saturdays tend to be a bit busier for me, but with advance notice, I’m happy to accommodate requests on that day as well. Your dog’s safety is my top priority on every walk. I always use secure leashes and harnesses,(please let me know if you do not have one in advance, I can provide it), stay alert to our surroundings, and avoid unsafe or overly crowded areas. I never walk dogs off-leash and always follow any instructions you provide. You can trust that your pup will be safe, loved, and well-cared for every step of the way.

About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable.
