If you are gonna hit up just anybody and put me on your list of 3 or 4 possible then just move along. Last minute is fine, but don't even ask me if you are asking more than one. This is not a game to me and I take it very seriously. I like to leave these few spots open for people who feel the same about their dogs. This is a professional business. Thanks I have been boarding dogs in MY home for over 20 years. I have 3 animal related degrees. Vet tech, groomer and obedience trainer. I have extensive training in nutrition as well. I have saved the life of many dogs over the decades. As a child I grew up on 10 acres with plenty of horses where we also bred Great Danes. I am double gated and double fenced inside and out for the safety of your pet. No children, also for the safety of your pet. All dogs are allowed on furniture and also have open cages with big comfy beds. I am here 24/7 as required by IL State law. Also required by law I have separate areas for various reasons if need be. I have always handled EVERY situation that has ever come about and believe me, you don't know what you don't know. So true. I want you to enjoy your vacation without a worry in the world. There is a separate dog refrigerator here so all your specialty foods are welcome. There are cameras all over outside and this place is locked up like Fort Knox, also for the safety of your pet!!! I am here 24/7 as required by law. Dogs go out approximately every 2 hours. Feedings are mostly twice a day. Some are 3. Any arrangements can be made for feeding. Feedings are mostly in separate cages and they all come out again after about 10 minutes. There is also a doggy treadmill. Double fenced double gated inside and out for the safety of your pet. Atomatic 911 service for emergency and 8 active cameras on the property with locked gate.

About: I have taken care of various sorts of pets including hamsters, dogs, cats, fishes and birds. I absolutely love animals! I have been involved in animal rescue and foster work. I love taking care of them. I own a Persian cat and four fishes, I look after them like they are my own kids. “Megan was amazing! We had to go out of town unexpectedly and Megan was able to accommodate us last minute. One of our pups started to have stomach issues the night before and thought I’d have to cancel but Megan was more than willing to care for our pup and administered his medication. She gave great updates and really treated them like her own. Both our pups loved playing with their pup, Cooper, and had a great time. I would highly recommend Megan and will be using her for future dog sitting needs. Copper and Penny were sad to leave! Thank you so much!”

About: Aside from having my own personal dogs in home most of my life I have been volunteering working with and training rescues for 2 years now. Two hours in the Morning, two hours around lunch and all evenings are all free to care for the pets. Walks, fetch and training all available. If dogs are kid and animal friendly I will be able to give them lots of socialization in those environments plus lots of outdoor activity. Have experience working with dogs that don’t interact with other dogs very well.
