About: I think what sets me apart is that your dog will really become part of our household while they're here. I'm only away at work one day a week, and my wife works from home most days, so someone is usually around. I'm also a registered nurse. So I'm very comfortable, following detailed instructions, keeping schedules, getting medications and noticing when something seems off. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals and want your dog to feel safe, comfortable, and at home while you're away. I've had and cared for dogs since I was a child, so caring for them has been part of my life for more than 25 years. I'm currently working one day a week and at home studying the rest. I'm usually in town most weekends and holidays. Since I'm home so much, it's easy for me to fit in walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding and plenty of attention to your dog into my day. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I'm happy to stick as closely as possible to your dog's normal routine. I have a completely fenced-in yard with plenty of space to run around and play, and I don't have any dogs of my own at this time. Dogs will be supervised while outside, and I can crate your dog if that's part of their normal routine. I have tons of Kongs, chew toys, enrichment, games, and treat mats to keep your dog engaged, but I'm also perfectly happy to have a lazy couch potato hanging out with me while I study! I always keep fresh water available and give regular potty breaks. I'll follow your dog's normal feeding, walking, medication and sleeping routines as closely as possible. Every dog is different, so I'll adjust their activity and care based on their personality, age and energy level. And of course, I'll send you updates and pictures so you know how they 're doing.

Finding someone you completely trust with your dog is no easy task, but Milad proved to be an absolute godsend. Leaving our two-year-old Bernedoodle, Boukia, for a full month while dealing with intense travel was daunting, but Milad made the entire experience seamless and worry-free. Boukia is our high-energy baby pup with a big personality (and a serious habit of trying to mouth and chew everything in sight!), but Milad handled her energy with so much patience, love, and structure. He went above and beyond to keep her mentally engaged and spoiled—stocking up on her favorite chews, puzzle toys, and playing endless games of tug-of-war/fetch. He even took the time to learn and reinforce her Greek commands keeping her training sharp throughout the stay. From daily updates about their hiking/tennis court/garden adventures to their outing at the scenic Glenview Mansion in Rockville, it was clear Boukia wasn't just being looked after—she was truly loved and living her best life. When flight delays unexpectedly extended our trip by five days, Milad didn't hesitate for a second to accommodate us and keep Boukia safe and happy. Milad is a master caregiver and an incredible communicator. While many sitters use the phrase 'treated like family,' Milad actually sets the standard. The constant stream of video updates and the way he connected with Boukia gave us total peace of mind—it truly felt like our own love was surrounding her while we were away, and it feels as though that kind of care is exceptionally rare to find. Without a shadow of a doubt, we recommend Milad to anyone!
Joseph and his wife are amazing. My pup has the absolute best time staying with them and playing with Odin (who btw is the sweetest dog). When I drop Chewie off for a long stay, I know he will be well taken care of, and loved like he is at home. What more could you ask for?
