He has never been away from us for more than a long weekend, but this was a ten day booking where we would not have phone or internet service. Ana was patient and understanding with our concerns since we would not be reachable while Dusty was in her care. I got a wonderful vibe from Ana at our meet and greet—she clearly genuinely likes animals. He pretty much moved into her arms and her lap for ten days. He takes ear medication and thyroid medication, Ana breezed through those, no problem. He was healthy and happy at pickup. I absolutely trust this amazing person. Thank you, Ana.”
