About: Hiya! I’m Bea, a college student with years of hands on experience caring for both dogs and cats. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’ve spent most of my life helping care for the pets of friends and neighbors. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m usually the person everyone asks to watch their pets when they’re away! What sets me apart is the amount of care and attention I give every animal. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and cautious, I’m patient and let them adjust at their own pace. I’m experienced with: - Puppies and kittens - Senior dogs and cats - Large and small dog breeds - Multi pet households - Administering medications (including pills and eye drops) - Feeding, walking, bathing, brushing, cleaning litter boxes and/or pee pads, and playtime - Basic training, including recall and simple commands One of the puppies I currently care for has been with me since she was about 2-3 months old. We’ve worked on recall and basic tricks together, and I love helping young dogs build confidence while making learning fun. During teething, I noticed she had stopped eating her dry food, so after discussing it with her owner, I recommended switching to a softer option and monitored her closely afterward to make sure she adjusted well. I also have experience with senior cats, including caring for an 18 year old cat with vision and mobility changes. I understand that every stage of life comes with different needs, and I’m happy to adapt my care accordingly. When we’re out on walks, I always bring waste bags and water, and I make safety my top priority. At home, I enjoy keeping pets engaged with play, enrichment, cuddles (if they want them!), and plenty of attention. I’m also more than happy to send frequent photo and video updates, because I know how comforting it is to see your pet happy while you’re away. I’m a bit of a neat freak, so you’ll never have to worry about coming home to a mess. I’m happy to clean up after pets and even help with little household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if needed. My goal is simple: I want every pet to feel loved, safe, and cared for as if they were my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! As a college student taking one class each weekday morning during the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Outside of class, I’m available for walks, drop in visits, daycare, and house sitting. I believe every pet deserves individual attention, so I make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, affection, and mental enrichment while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I like to spend the first little while getting to know your pet’s personality and comfort level so I can adjust my care to their individual needs. Every animal is different, and I believe they deserve care that’s personalized rather than having a “one size fits all” ideology. I also take the time to learn each pet’s routine and any special instructions before providing care. During walks, I always bring waste bags and water, pay close attention to my surroundings, and make sure your pet is secure at all times. In your home, I’ll respect your space, keep everything clean, and follow your care instructions closely. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy and safe.

About: HIGHLY EXPERIENCED WITH DOGS THAT HAVE BEHAVIORAL ISSUES!! Eager to work! :) I have grown up with, and helped care for, dogs my whole life. For the past 3 years I have been training my dog, currently with assistance from a trainer. He was fearful-reactive and is now an amazing service dog in training. I have been a volunteer at the world’s largest no-kill shelter for 2 years now. I have handled dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have worked with blind and senior dogs. I have run puppy play groups, as well as puppy mill, senior, and teen play groups. some behavioral challenges in dogs that I have worked with include: fearful; reactive; food and/or object possessive; stranger danger; seperation anxiety; dog vs dog aggression; strong leadership; mouthy; and more i’m sure i’m forgetting. I have taken several extensive dog training classes to improve my skill and knowledge. I was the first 16 year old to reach one of the most advanced dog levels. I am very well-versed in understanding dog body language. I have dealt with sick dogs as well as dogs with skin conditions. I have helped get the neighbors dog to eat, as well as go potty and play, and dog walked for several clients. I also have experience with cats from the shelter as i have taken advanced feline behavior classes. I am able to understand cat body language fairly well. I have worked with cats as well as kittens, and cat sat several times. I can care for, and clean up after, dogs and/or cats. I will always respect your pets boundaries. I am currently an undergrad with the goals of becoming a veterinarian! I will genuinely treat your fur babies as my own. My dedication and passion truly is to ALL animals. 🩷 I am a full time college student. I regularly update my calendar to show my availability. Make sure to check there! Can’t wait to hear from you :) I will make sure your pet has fresh food and water, as well as making sure there is nothing clearly dangerous left out that the pet could hurt themselves with or eat. I will ensure everything is as it was when I came, as well as closing and locking any doors I used. I will dispose of animal waste as instructed. On walks I have a steady balance and strong leash hold to ensure the dog stays with me. I may carry treats with me for minor training/intervention (if allowed and if the dog pulls or something like that). If your dog is scared of certain things or creatures I will take precautions to avoid anything triggering to the dog. Lastly, I will certainly make sure the pet(s) feel loved, happy, and relaxed.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs(5), cats(2), and even lizards—so caring for pets comes naturally to me. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, I give every pet the love, patience, and attention they deserve. I’ve adopted most of my own pets and know how to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Being away for college makes me miss my own pets so caring for yours is a joy that feels like home. Im currently in school but am in class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:50 am and 3:30 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in class from 9 am to 12 pm and free for the rest of the day. On Fridays I have on class at 11 am and nothing prior or after. The weekends are also free. I will always prioritize safety and respect when caring for pets in their own homes. I follow all the owner’s rules carefully—whether it’s about feeding schedules, playtime limits, or medication. I make sure doors and gates are secure, and keep a close eye on the pet’s behavior to spot any signs of stress or discomfort. I creating a calm, comforting environment so pets feel safe and loved while their family is away. Communication with the owner is important to me, so I keep them updated and address any concerns promptly. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel confident and comfortable.

About: Currently a 2nd year DVM student at LIU college of veterinary medicine. I have been working in vet hospitals for 6 years, and love to take care of animals. I’m currently a vet student at LIU, so I am mostly available in the evenings and on weekends. But I am more than happy to arrange things as best we can. I can’t offer service in my home, but I am more than happy to pet/housesit for you and do all I can to keep your pets happy.

About: I’ve taken care of all 3 of the dogs I’ve known/had in my lifetime from the early age of 8. My family has relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, brush&comb their fur, and brush their teeth. I have even dog sat other people’s dogs and they returned safely and happily back to their owners. As if they were my own I do almost anything to protect your dog as well as ensure they are well cared for, feeling and looking good, as well as are content when they are in my care. I’m able to keep up with the hygiene needs of dogs very well as well as being well versed on a good nutritional diet for a dog. I too am able to take care of puppies/dogs ranging from any age to any size and breed. I don’t discriminate! I currently don’t have any obligations as I am on summer break from college. I’m available anytime during the day or evening to care, tend, play, and love your animals! I plan to take dogs on walks everyday and as a bonus it will surely keep me in shape. I care for pets in my home as if they were my own 2 dogs that I have at home. They would obviously adhere to the same rules and standards as my dogs have at home. They are allowed on couches and beds, to have treats given with a command, and to freely roam majority of the house and the entirety of the spacious and fenced in backyard under supervision as they please. I would provide their own water and food dishes, any basic grooming if the client wanted that, and give them their own bed to sleep or relax on. Whatever other routine and requirements the client requested I would of course also implement. As for a clients home, which would be preferred, I would act as a guest and care for the pets under the parameters given by their owner. I would be sure to refill their water and give them food as intended and I would also sit on the floor with them and play/entertain them. Lastly, the most important thing, is I would follow and actively engage in their pet parameters they have as an individual. For example some pets aren’t allowed on furniture or some might need to have their paws wiped when transitioning from outdoors to indoors.

I left detailed instructions as my cat requires medication twice daily and the dog attempts to always steal his food, so it takes skill to feed them! Jordan was very responsive to any inquiries I had and provided updates. Jordan is very responsible and trustworthy and I will be using him again soon. (My dog fell in love with Jordan @ first sight. About: I have been trusted by my neighbors & close friends to take care of their dogs over the years. I am open to accommodating different diets, cooking food for your fur baby, bathing/grooming & administering medications (if needed) & walk schedules. I have owned both young and senior dogs from when I was a child and I consider them a part of my family. Any dog in my care would be considered my family, they deserve the best and to feel comfortable and cared for while their dog parent(s) are away. I have an enclosed fenced in backyard and beaches and nature parks/(dog park) are in close vicinity to my home. I am currently available full time to take care of your fur baby. I offer both daytime and overnight boarding services in my home for up to 2 dogs, house sitting services, drop-in visits, & dog walking. Pets in my care would be on a feeding and walk schedule/itinerary that is prepared for them by their owner. Of course playtime and loads of attention and fun will be incorporated into their daily routine! Owners can bring their dog's favorite chew toy or pet bed to make them feel more comfy along with any other supplies deemed necessary. Pets I am watching are more than welcome to sleep on my couch or bed. I am also happy to oblige client requests for photo & video updates of their pets for the duration of their stay.

About: Our pets change our lives for the better and I want to make sure they’re well taken care of too. By making connections via talking, playing, training, and grooming I pride myself in providing full care for my furry friends. I make training fun and learn their individual strengths! Pet care is an essential part in my daily routine. Each day begins by walking my pup, refreshing her water and food bowls. At the end of the day, I’m cleaning and prepping to start out routine over, putting toys away and doing our last walk of the night. I love taking my pups out downtown or to the dog park. If it’s dog-friendly, why aren’t we bringing the beans?! Everyone is always happy, fed, hydrated, and well played with. Pet hygiene and environmental cleanliness go hand in hand. I like to make sure I’m keeping my home clean for my pets. After all they play, lounge, and sleep in our home. The least we can do is make sure the space is free of dangerous objects or potential choking hazards. We also use pet gates in our home to ensure pet safety when cooking/cleaning/moving furniture.
