“I had to leave my old and sick Lab for almost two weeks over the holidays and was extremely nervous about finding someone to take care of him. Grace and Luis took great care of him and kept me updated constantly throughout the trip, including letting me know when they had a concern immediately . They were also unfazed by his medicine schedule. My dog had also been having by some accidents inside so I provided diapers but was very nervous about that happening while we were away and Grace again was completely unfazed by it and took the time to get to know his potty schedule to minimize accidents. Additionally my vet would not refill his prescription before we left so I had to ask Grace to pick it up at CVS which she did happily. I am very grateful for the good care they took of Nash and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog boarding.”

About: I've had many different dogs over the years: labs, pit bull mixes, miniature pinscher, and german shepherds. I especially love GSDs and am very comfortable walking and taking care of them. I've dog walked/sat for a Rhodesian ridgeback mix as well as a springer spaniel. I was also owner to rescue dogs with severe anxiety. Overall, I'm comfortable with many different dogs! About: I (Tori) am a third year veterinary student at LIU post with a passion for providing high quality, reliable care to all animals! I have extensive experience working in veterinary clinics as well as pet sitting since I was in high school, so I am comfortable providing medical care to your pets. I understand how important it is finding appropriate pet sitter that accommodates all your needs, as I have two cats at home myself and it takes a lot of time finding the perfect person! When Santiago met Nicholas he was immediately able to make a connection with him and I felt confident that he would be a good walker for Santiago. Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks. We’ve worked on recall and basic tricks together, and I love helping young dogs build confidence while making learning fun. During teething, I noticed she had stopped eating her dry food, so after discussing it with her owner, I recommended switching to a softer option and monitored her closely afterward to make sure she adjusted well. I also have experience with senior cats, including caring for an 18 year old cat with vision and mobility changes. I understand that every stage of life comes with different needs, and I’m happy to adapt my care accordingly. When we’re out on walks, I always bring waste bags and water, and I make safety my top priority. At home, I enjoy keeping pets engaged with play, enrichment, cuddles (if they want them!), and plenty of attention. I’m also more than happy to send frequent photo and video updates, because I know how comforting it is to see your pet happy while you’re away. I’m a bit of a neat freak, so you’ll never have to worry about coming home to a mess. I’m happy to clean up after pets and even help with little household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if needed. My goal is simple: I want every pet to feel loved, safe, and cared for as if they were my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your furry family member with someone else, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I can’t wait to meet you and your best friend! As a college student taking one class each weekday morning during the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Outside of class, I’m available for walks, drop in visits, daycare, and house sitting. I believe every pet deserves individual attention, so I make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, affection, and mental enrichment while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I like to spend the first little while getting to know your pet’s personality and comfort level so I can adjust my care to their individual needs. Every animal is different, and I believe they deserve care that’s personalized rather than having a “one size fits all” ideology. I also take the time to learn each pet’s routine and any special instructions before providing care. During walks, I always bring waste bags and water, pay close attention to my surroundings, and make sure your pet is secure at all times. In your home, I’ll respect your space, keep everything clean, and follow your care instructions closely. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy and safe.
About: I have been trusted by my neighbors & close friends to take care of their dogs over the years. I am open to accommodating different diets, cooking food for your fur baby, bathing/grooming & administering medications (if needed) & walk schedules. I have owned both young and senior dogs from when I was a child and I consider them a part of my family. Any dog in my care would be considered my family, they deserve the best and to feel comfortable and cared for while their dog parent(s) are away. I have an enclosed fenced in backyard and beaches and nature parks/(dog park) are in close vicinity to my home. I am currently available full time to take care of your fur baby. I offer both daytime and overnight boarding services in my home for up to 2 dogs, house sitting services, drop-in visits, & dog walking. Pets in my care would be on a feeding and walk schedule/itinerary that is prepared for them by their owner. Of course playtime and loads of attention and fun will be incorporated into their daily routine! Owners can bring their dog's favorite chew toy or pet bed to make them feel more comfy along with any other supplies deemed necessary. Pets I am watching are more than welcome to sleep on my couch or bed. I am also happy to oblige client requests for photo & video updates of their pets for the duration of their stay.
About: I've had many different dogs over the years: labs, pit bull mixes, miniature pinscher, and german shepherds. I especially love GSDs and am very comfortable walking and taking care of them. I've dog walked/sat for a Rhodesian ridgeback mix as well as a springer spaniel. I was also owner to rescue dogs with severe anxiety. Overall, I'm comfortable with many different dogs! I'm currently working online, so I’m pretty flexible most weekdays. I'm often out and about finding new walking spots and exploring the neighborhoods. I have access to a car, so it's easy for me to stop by. I understand the safety precautions necessary to having a dog in the area with street crossing and other pedestrians and dogs. I will always prioritize your pet's safety!

He let me know that he had another booking that would overlap mine, which turned out OK but would have been an issue if the dogs didn’t get along. His apartment is small and it would have been difficult to keep the dogs separated. Also I would have appreciated more photos, especially on the first day with the other dog. He responded promptly with pictures when prompted. Overall, I would recommend him.”

“I had to leave my old and sick Lab for almost two weeks over the holidays and was extremely nervous about finding someone to take care of him. Grace and Luis took great care of him and kept me updated constantly throughout the trip, including letting me know when they had a concern immediately . They were also unfazed by his medicine schedule. My dog had also been having by some accidents inside so I provided diapers but was very nervous about that happening while we were away and Grace again was completely unfazed by it and took the time to get to know his potty schedule to minimize accidents. Additionally my vet would not refill his prescription before we left so I had to ask Grace to pick it up at CVS which she did happily. I am very grateful for the good care they took of Nash and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog boarding.”
