For the past 3 years I have been training my dog, currently with assistance from a trainer. He was fearful-reactive and is now an amazing service dog in training. I have been a volunteer at the world’s largest no-kill shelter for 2 years now. I have handled dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I have worked with blind and senior dogs. I can care for, and clean up after, dogs and/or cats. I will always respect your pets boundaries. I will genuinely treat your fur babies as my own. I will ensure everything is as it was when I came, as well as closing and locking any doors I used. I will dispose of animal waste as instructed. On walks I have a steady balance and strong leash hold to ensure the dog stays with me. I may carry treats with me for minor training/intervention (if allowed and if the dog pulls or something like that). If your dog is scared of certain things or creatures I will take precautions to avoid anything triggering to the dog. Lastly, I will certainly make sure the pet(s) feel loved, happy, and relaxed.

If it’s a larger dog I prefer to visit the clients home.

I had a Lhasa Apso for 14 wonderful years who was truly my best friend, so I understand what it means to love a pet like family. Over the years, I’ve also pet sat for friends, neighbors, and family, and now proudly care for three rescue cats who I took in from the streets. My cats are part of my heart, but they mostly keep to their own area of the home and will have little to no interaction with your dog.
