It did not turn out working out but that’s due to my dog’s own personal special needs and needing more individualized special care. Denisha was very patient and honest during my dog’s care. Some sitters do it for the financial gain but I could really tell that Denisha genuinely cares for the dogs that she sits. She was responsive and provided frequent updates/pictures. About: I am a full time dog mom and I love little dogs. I'll treat and care for your pets just as if thery are my own! I am currently a stay at home dog mom with a fenced in yard and have time during the day and evenings to watch over your pet. I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies for your pet to pay with, we love going on neighborhood walks and cuddling. I also have a crate if your pets need one.

About: I've not professionally trained any pet, but I've trained every pet I've had for life, love, respect as a member of my home. Every pet has to know the boundaries so that we can live in peace and harmony with each other4. Once they learn what is and isn't acceptable, there is mutual love and respect in the house. Since I retired, I'm home most of the day except for appointments or errands. I doggie sat my grand doggie for my son quite often. Starting out, I prefer to care for pets in my home. I live in a Condo. I don't have a yard, but I do have an unfenced in Courtyard right in front of my steps. Before my son's dog, passed away last year, I used to take her to several different parks for walks as well. She also loved long rides. We walked at the National Harbour, Yards Park, Tucker's Park, and the DC Warf. While she was with me, I'd send videos to my son of how she was doing and our activities, especially while he was on travel or vacation.
“Our dog bandit is a hunting dog with insane energy and she was so calm and happy with Malvi and Andrej - she had the time of her life!! They have a perfect setup in their back yard and are very communicative. You’ll get tons of amazing photos. Bandit will be going back for sure. I really can’t recommend them enough!”
About: I've had lots of experience with dogs in my life! Through high school I worked at a grooming salon washing dogs of all different sizes and temperaments. My beloved rat-chi passed away last year and I've been watching friends' and co-workers' dogs since then of all different shapes and sizes. There's a special place in my heart for seniors and lap dogs, but I absolutely love dogs of any size. I'm strong, fit and assertive enough to feel comfortable with dogs 80+ pounds, and intuitive and sensitive enough to cater to the little guys! I'm great with people too - I'm happy to listen to what your dog's needs and routines are and honor those as if they were my own fur babies. Pets are like people and they all have their own wonderful personality. I genuinely look forward to getting to know your special dog! My job is part-time and flexible - I'm home most weekdays for the majority of the day, and weekends can be tailored to your pet. I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space for your dog to safely explore and play (always with supervision, of course!). I currently don't own any pets so yours is the star of the show! I'm used to dogs who are crate trained, but if your dog is not crate trained, I am happy to accommodate them as long as they are not property-destructive and as long as they are potty trained. I'll give your dog as much attention and/or space as they like in the home, whether they're feeling shy, clingy, tired or playful. It's normal for dogs to feel out of sorts in a new home with their parents away, and I'm happy to be their new buddy, making sure they feel safe and calm.

She made sure that my process was smooth and I had all the details that I needed. This is my dog‘s first time being cared for by someone who is not a family member or close friend so I was nervous and so was he at drop off. Although I was not present for the drop off, she showed my mother around the area that he would be staying in so everyone felt comfortable. She also provided videos and updates during his stay. I believe I have found a permanent dog sitter as long as she provides these services.”
