“My husband and I are so happy to have had Katherine take care of our two dogs. It is always a bit of a hassle to get them to the kennel and it seems to stress them. We decided to try Rover and asked Katherine rather last minute if she could watch our two dogs, and she was happy to schedule the meet and greet that same day so she could watch them the next 2 days. She was prompt and professional, my husband and I felt comfortable giving her a key to our home and having her care for our boys. She sent us multiple pictures of them throughout the time she was watching them and let us know how their bathroom breaks and eating went. We are so happy to have had Katherine watch our boys and plan to hire her again in the near future.”

About: I Love dogs, since my dog has passed away several years ago I enjoy pet sitting to fill the void. Animals are love. Your animal will be cared for and loved the way you would. We have a fenced in yard which your animal can play in and he will not be ignored or cooped up. We have had many dogs in the past but do not currently have one. Good with large dogs, or all sizes, really, Many people have trusted us with their dogs but now I am trying this service hoping it works well on all ends, it seems like a good idea. Your animal will be in a safe environment and you can get regular updates. Thank you for considering me. I am currently tele commuting working from home. Your dog won't be left alone for hours on end and will not be ignored. Usually home 7 days a week The yard is fenced in, and I have also been using an apple air tag as an extra level of security. Making sure your dog never gets away is the highest priority.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals of all kinds and my comfort caring for pets with different needs and personalities. I’ve grown up around cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, and many different breeds throughout my life, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I also have previous experience working in a vet care setting, which helped me become confident handling animals, recognizing behavior changes, and assisting with more specialized care. At home, I care for a special needs cat who requires medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following detailed care routines. Because of this background, I’m especially patient and attentive with senior pets, anxious animals, and pets who need extra care or medication. I always try to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. During the summer, I work very part time teaching art classes, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. Outside of teaching, I mainly focus on caring for pets for my other dog walking and pet sitting clients. I’m also going into my senior year at Moravian University, and during the school year I schedule pet care around my classes. Since my class schedule is manageable, I’m able to consistently make time for walks, feedings, playtime, and giving pets attention throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules closely, make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and bathroom breaks, and I’m comfortable giving medications when needed. I also make sure the home stays clean and cared for while owners are away, including cleaning litter boxes, picking up after pets, bringing in mail/packages, and keeping owners updated with pictures and messages.

He has a calm temperament, follows commands well, and gets along great with other dogs and people. I was the primary caretaker for my family dog for 3 years, including potty training him and teaching him multiple tricks. Caring for him gave me hands-on experience with routines, walks, play, and making sure pets feel comfortable and well cared for. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits all week, with 24-hour availability on weekends. Currently have fenced yard transitioning into large field . When taking care of pet in clients home or mine I follow their routines feed accordingly and I love to provide plenty of exercise, walking, and play time and any updates throughout the day
