I was going for knee surgery the Monday after the holiday and needed a safe place for him to stay. Equasia was willing and able to watch him, being ok with giving him his medicine at such short notice. We spoke on the phone so we could have a brief introduction and I was sold. Not only was she able and willing to watch him but I had no way of picking him up after my hospital discharge and she was willing to bring him home. She went above and beyond the care and support that was needed. She kept me posted daily on how he was and sent me pictures of him as well. I will be going through this surgery again and I will be making arrangements with Equasia for care of my little guy Leonidas. She wasn't just a pet sitter, she was a pet parent and she cared for him as such. 5 stars, I will always go to her if and when I need extended pet care. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter. Your dog won't be left alone for hours on end and will not be ignored. Usually home 7 days a week The yard is fenced in, and I have also been using an apple air tag as an extra level of security. My last dog was a therapy dog I took into nursing homes, but his time has past. :( I have all my time to spend with your pets. I am available weekends too, very flexible schedule. I am a college student so this is a perfect job for me! I have a lot of free time during the weekends and during the week I have a hour lunch break everyday and get done class at 2-2:30 most days, this is a perfect job for me. I am very observant and will keep the pets occupied. I can feed and crate them if necessary and make sure they get enough exercise during the time that I am with them.

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals of all kinds and my comfort caring for pets with different needs and personalities. I’ve grown up around cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, and many different breeds throughout my life, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. I also have previous experience working in a vet care setting, which helped me become confident handling animals, recognizing behavior changes, and assisting with more specialized care. At home, I care for a special needs cat who requires medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and following detailed care routines. Because of this background, I’m especially patient and attentive with senior pets, anxious animals, and pets who need extra care or medication. I always try to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. During the summer, I work very part time teaching art classes, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and overnight care. Outside of teaching, I mainly focus on caring for pets for my other dog walking and pet sitting clients. I’m also going into my senior year at Moravian University, and during the school year I schedule pet care around my classes. Since my class schedule is manageable, I’m able to consistently make time for walks, feedings, playtime, and giving pets attention throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow feeding schedules closely, make sure pets get plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and bathroom breaks, and I’m comfortable giving medications when needed. I also make sure the home stays clean and cared for while owners are away, including cleaning litter boxes, picking up after pets, bringing in mail/packages, and keeping owners updated with pictures and messages.
About: What better experience than personal experience? Hi my name is Germaine but I go by Gigi. I’ve been a pet owner for most of my life. I currently have 6 senior dogs and one very healthy cat🤭 I totally understand how important it is to find someone who actually enjoys animals when looking for someone to care for your fur baby. Care, Play, Love - Repeat. 💜 I’m newly retired and also new to Lehigh Valley. I’m doing what I love. My days are open to providing quality care to all pets😊 With 6 senior dogs, patience is a must. With that said not all dogs are the same. Some dogs are more outgoing while other dogs may be shy. I like to get to know each dog individually by taking my time with them.I allow them to take their time to warm up to me.
About: I'll treat everyone like my own. I've been around dogs since the age of 5 and cats since I can remeber as well. I'm up to 3 of my own. As of now besides getting my 8 year old to and from school my day is pretty open. 9-3 the day is wide open. Let me know In my house our (3) cats are fed 3 times a day and receive wet food in the am as well. They bask on the back porch in the sun whenever there little hearts desire with plenty or rubs in between. I'll follow any things laid out for your fur babies plus some.

What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding.
