“We’re so happy we found Ashley! She’s so nice, very reliable, and did a great job following all of our instructions. She took excellent care of our dog, and it was clear he was comfortable and well looked after. We plan to continue using her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

“Bryce is our lifesaver . We have a dog with a lot of anxiety about EVERYTHING. He was great with remembering her medications and patient when bonding with her . He was a fantastic communicator and collaborated with us to find the best times for home visits. He implemented adaptive strategies when working with our challenging dog. He also cleaned up A LOT of messes with no complaint and showed compassion for our dogs. We have found a true gem and are excited to have him come weekly to maintain the bond built with our pups until the next time we need him for a vacation .”

“I can’t put into words how wonderful it is to work with Niki, she is so caring, thoughtful, responsive, and responsible. I highly recommend to anyone considering working with Niki to chose her as your pet sitter. I have gone away a few times and she took care of my 2.5 yr old cat, and he absolutely adores her. He is usually distant with people but he is very happy with her.”

“Kat is just awesome! She is so careful and thorough and went out of her way to make sure our cat felt cared for and loved while we were gone. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!”

“Kat is an absolute rockstar! We have a lot of cats including a medically complex boy and a number of foster kittens, and Kat was able to take care of all of them! She gave us plenty of updates and was incredible to work with!”

About: Throughout high school, my family fostered dogs through a local rescue, where we had the opportunity to take in dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I’ve grown up with dogs and around animals and I have always been the go to pet and house sitter for friends and family! I have taken care of my own dogs in addition to fostering dogs for about 2 years and dog sitting for families for over 3 years! I am currently a college student at Lehigh University living on campus and I do have a car, so I am more than willing to stop by and care for your pets or dog and house ist for longer times if needed! Having experience in dog sitting in addition to fostering dogs and cats, I have a good understanding of how to care for a pet and how to cater to their needs and their environment, no matter their size, temperament, or age!
“Holli is great! She is super attentive and caring with my puppies. She follows direction and go above and beyond to ensure the puppies are taken care. Thank you Holli for taking care of my babies!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!”

“I am so thankful for finding Nida! She was accommodating on last minute notice and happily walked me through this entire process. She was so personable at our meet & greet and both of my dogs instantly took to her because of her warm and friendly personality. Nida was punctual for all of our scheduled drop-in visits, followed feeding instructions and spent a lot of time with my dogs during their outdoor time. The pictures, videos and detailed notes provided at every visit made my time away from them much less stressful. I will not hesitate to re-book Nida in the future!”

“Lindsey did an amazing job with my two dogs and three cats when we were away. My dogs were happier than they’ve ever been upon returning home. Lindsey sent me pictures which was a plus as well. I highly recommend Lindsey!”

“Kirsten was amazing with our cat! It was our first time booking for drop-in visits and Kirsten did a fantastic job. We are so appreciative of her care and would highly recommend!”

About: I have been a pet care provider through a private company for 10 years, but my passion for pets started long before that. My first pet experience was with cats, which I have owned and cared for since the age of 5. My first dog was a Belgian Malinois, followed by two yellow labs, which gave me a love for bigger dogs. I raised and trains all of my dogs from puppy to adulthood. However, I have worked extensively with all breeds including pit bulls, chihuahuas, terriers, golden retrievers, and mastiffs, and German Shepards. Therefore, I am very adaptable to all types of dog breeds. My aim is to be as individualized and specialized to each owner and pets needs and expectations. Walking, drop ins, and training 7 days a week. Pet sitting/house sitting: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday I am unavailable Wednesdays and Thursdays 2:30-10 pm I match how the pets are cared for in each of my clients homes. Again, my aim is to ensure my services are individualized to the client and pets needs. I would want to maintain the same standard of care to ensure maximum comfortability.
“My doggy loved her right away. Jackie stays close in touch and is very thorough in what your needs are for your dog. She is very prompt with questions or instructions. My dog walker moved away, and I needed to find a reliable replacement. I’m definitely at ease with her with my dog.”

“Guinevere was fantastic! Great communication, with pictures of my boy playing and being cuddled just like I'd have done. I was worried because I had never left my cat before. Guinevere made sure that she took care of him just as I would and when I got home, my cat was a happy boy! If you're looking for a pet sitter who cares for your fur babies just as you would, Guinevere is the one!”

“Rebecca is the best! She takes careful care of our Sadie several times per week. She is a good communicator, and always timely. She’s trustworthy and friendly which makes our life all too easy! Highly recommend.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for family, friends, and Rover for years and am excited by every opportunity I get to spend with them! I've been a dog owner myself for over 5 years. I can easily adjust my sitting style for dogs with a lot of energy or ones that are a little more relaxed. I am happy to sit in and give belly rubs or take them out on a long walk with me! My home has a fenced in backyard and there are plenty of places to walk near me. I typically work full time during the week at a non-profit theatre, I'm always happy to meet in person before we make final arrangements. I love taking care of dogs and I'd be happy to spend some time with the dog in your life!
“Michelle was great! this was my first time using rover and i definitely plan on booking with Michelle in the future. she went above and beyond for my family. my dog tends to not eat when no one is home. Michelle would stay longer than the scheduled visit to encourage her to eat. she also assisted when giving as needed medications, as Mochi tends to get itchy around this time of year and takes a pill to calm the inflammation. this was something i was extremely grateful for and indicates the type of person Michelle is. she sent me updates, assisted with feeding my fish, and sent lots of pictures. i was able to relax while on vacation because i knew Mochi was in good hands.”

About: I’ve grew up around German shepherds since I was 5 and I’ve always found to love just playing and taking care of them. I am good with taking care of dogs with high energy and even anxious dogs as well. Im very patient to each and every dogs needs and that not every dog needs the same care. My goal is when you see your dog again they feel happy, safe and loved while I’m caring for them I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends and can also provide care on weekdays, especially after 12 PM. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and care while you’re away. I have a safe and welcoming home where pets can feel comfortable and cared for. I have one older, friendly dog who is used to being around other animals. Since my yard isn’t fenced, I make sure pets are always supervised outside and safely leashed when needed. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and crate time if needed. My priority is making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care.
About: Had my first pet at a young age and I have always shown them love and attention. Love how much they just want to be Love and be Loved. Work part time and have lots of time to Pet Sit. Very flexible with my schedule and this is something that will be perfect for me to do as I love and do well with our Fur Family. I've got a yard with fence around it and for my cats they have a cat litter box on each for so they have easy access to it. I'm very attentive to making sure their cat litter gets scooped up daily to keep them happy, healthy and comfortable.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Wydnor
Peter took wonderful, attentive care of my two Cats, dropping in for an hour each day to play, pet, groom, tidy-up, and keep them company while I was away. Peter is comfortable, friendly, funny, and made my first Rover experience incredibly easy & pleasant! He also listened carefully to my priorities and preferences and sent detailed communications daily. An all-around great guy that I'd trust with any animal and recommend to any friend and neighbor!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wydnor. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
